Might have been a missunderstanding. I think AUM is good for anyone, however, many thinks that meat/ heavy meat is not good for the development of your spritual abilities. So if you want to become more spiritual, eat vegetebales or other _easily digested food_ and cut down on the meat.

There are no words for this...I meditated with it and experienced great inner fire. I played again and when it finished, it felt like the space around me had been purified. Where can I purchase this. @socratus1 I don't think Meditation is hard work. I think its the most basic aspect of human existence. We meditate on negative emotions and get stressed out, so the key is to train your mind to focus and meditate on positive emotions. Once you get a hang of it, meditation becomes a habit like drinking water. It is not very difficult, and you don't have to travel to far off places. Just need to travel within yourself to find compassion and happiness.

I was raised Catholic, I believe all religions have a truth in them. Even though i was raised Catholic, I believe i different things that most Catholics would not. Does that make me any different? Maybe, that is up to choice. I have Taoist, and Buddhist beliefs and practice them. In a sense, i don't think im catholic anymore...im human.

I was raised Orthodox, I believe all true religions have an altered and distorted version of the initial truth/wisdom(Veda). But there are false religions created by somebody who has reasons for that... And I believe, that what you practice and believe in determines the place where you are going to go after you die. this om chant stresses me out.....because I cannot figure out how to make is play over and over again.
seriously. and, serriously, this is one of the only really decent meditation tracks on youtube. there are a few...this is one.

@emblemOFbeing save it into a folder in your playlist then play the "playlist".then when you clicked on the playlist you come to this page.on the right hand box,find the "play all".when done, it will play all in your playlist.if you want to listen to this more then once so you need to save it your playlist few time I guess.hope it helps

I read a previous post that said that this is called "Eternal Om" by Robert Slap, available on CD, but I am not sure. I am going to buy it soon too see if this is the correct title. Hope this helps.

There are no words for this...I meditated with it and experienced great inner fire. I played again and when it finished, it felt like the space around me had been purified. Where can I purchase this. All the other Om chants available seem flimsy, rehearsed and not authentic. Many thanks. Great Peace!

If you were a wave washing towards the shore, would you realized that you were the ocean, the Great Formless One, or would you remain convinced that you were just a wave, finite and temporary.
In time, you must stop the mind, it can only take you so far on the journey. Like Moses, it knows all the rules, can see the promised land, but cannot enter. There is plenty of Light here in the West. Tibet is in your Heart. May you find what you seek.

Na youtube su dobre linky kde sa mozes dozvediet viacej. Ked si stale na Slovensku, tam su urcite buddhisticke skupiny s ktorymi sa mozes spojit and najst svojho praveho Guru (lama) . Vela stastia.

@socratus1 I don't think Meditation is hard work. I think its the most basic aspect of human existence. We meditate on negative emotions and get stressed out, so the key is to train your mind to focus and meditate on positive emotions. Once you get a hang of it, meditation becomes a habit like drinking water. It is not very difficult, and you don't have to travel to far off places. Just need to travel within yourself to find compassion and happiness.

I was raised Catholic, I believe all religions have a truth in them. Even though i was raised Catholic, I believe i different things that most Catholics would not. Does that make me any different? Maybe, that is up to choice. I have Taoist, and Buddhist beliefs and practice them. In a sense, i don't think im catholic anymore...im human.

I got your point and I absolutely do not argue with what you said.
As opposed to your message:
I was raised Orthodox, I believe all true religions have an altered and distorted version of the initial truth/wisdom(Veda). But there are false religions created by somebody who has reasons for that... And I believe, that what you practice and believe in determines the place where you are going to go after you die. So that matters.
