The "NWO" so much feared is however, a type of mimickry or falsehood of such a "freedom" - it is NWO in name only. It's not being "prepared" now, it is already in place: what is being "prepared", is one's new Awareness of it (of our own Ego), and therefore liberation from it. Don't confuse the two.
