Needless to say, needs to improve your techniques. Focus on your kihon. Know when to be hanmi or in shomen. The rhythm is a little bit off maybe because I do it differently. Do not rush, focus on execution of techniques, body dynamics and transition from one techniques to the other. Well, this is 2 years after. You probably have improve a lot. The important thing is to keep your discipline and character. Oss!
i'm just starting to learn this kata, i'm a 2nd kyu. i've currently learned upto the hishos (nooo idea how to spell it lol) looks quite hard afterwards but a good kata, i enjoy learning katas lol
Your feet are nicely in contact with the floor. I like how you gather yourself and keep your center balance in the turns. But you need to slow the tempo down. It is not a race. Take the time to complete each technique before starting the next. Make each individual technique with more speed. Snap, don't push. Your front kicks need a lot of work. Relax the kicking leg so you can coil and recoil. The strength of a front kick is in the supporting leg driving the hips into the target.
