You can always buy another house, or get another piece of land if the govt exercises eminent domain over your property, but you can't get another body. They are going to take away your choices, because who can compete with the govt? Nobody can compete with the govt, so the govt will drive private insurance away and then when you have no choice, your govt' will give you what they deem appropriate health care for you....

A minority of us are on Medicare, but when the govt puts private health care out of business, and the majority of us are on Medicare, aka single payer system, there will be no hospital bed for heart valve transplants, there will be long lines for heart valve transplants and there will not be enough doctors for heart valve transplants, due to 1/3 doctors quitting (see New England Journal of Medicine) and 20 Million more patients. Don't forget, 1.25Mil LEGAL immigrants per year to cover.
