I like the animation style, but the story lookes uncompleted and unfinished, so I was dissatisfied at the end. For a thumps up, I want a better story, but I think, it's not really bad.

Quite a good idea. Interesting style of animation. I don't know why people are being jacked up about how it's boring. Seriously, this movie deserves more thumbs up then it has. But if you don't make a sequel, I doubt that people are going to be too thrilled. You left it at a cliffhanger, make it continue.

And 2nd woke up he saw his shadow again!!

So After that last woke up he did'nt saw his shadow but winter still came pass

Then a bunched of guys stole the shadow of the groundhog and kept them as a magical creatures???

And the groundhog died and winter stays forever??

It was kinda boring and the comedy lvl wasnt that high but i like the trip of thinking about how that one dude steals the ground hogs shadow to add to his collection where he keeps the tooth fairy, santa, the lepricon, etc. the anime would be more interesting if we got to see how he caught all those things =)

THE PLOT (just to clear things up): when the groundhog sees his shadow, it means 6 more weeks of winter. On the third peek, he sees no shadow, so he thinks spring is around the corner & gets out his beach stuff. But it turns out that the little guy in the castle had STOLEN the groundhog's shadow, and it really was still winter.

Nice animation, nice music, and yes, a plot with a twist. :-D

I think its trying to say the shadow the folklore was referring to was that shadow in the box thing. If not, i think it simply means the folk is not true.
