  • lol... u b cool yo. liked this video. gonna finish watching all yer shit right now. do you still make videos?

and yeah i made change from a dollar in a collection plate, and i was expelled as a demon at like 5 years old. and by a preacher whos expensive (i am assuming) suit matched his custom caddilac. navy blue and bright red intirior. and he looked like colonel sanders too so he was pretty much satan to me.

i never owned 50cents before, and i still diddnt with dick face at the controls.

  • @HolyHogShit Yeah I still make videos. But life gets in the way sometimes. I've got plenty planned.

  • @5thWatcher LIES

  • @daexion I really don't. That's why for the longest time I've only put out a video every 6 months. I'm trying to change that, but i will certainly involve some juggling.

  • You're not drinking that fancy schmancy 'Royal Crown' cola, are ya?

I don't mind you tryin' to push your faith, as long as you don't mind me trying to shatter it. =P

But you'll have to get your own damn electronics!

  • @L00NGB00W Where where and how have I ever "pushed my faith" on even one person?

  • @5thWatcher Sorry. Perhaps that was a poor choice of words.

By 'push', I guess I meant promote. I wasn't implying you were attempting to force it on anyone.

But since we're on that topic, what about if and when you have children? Would you indoctrinate them into Christianity before they are able to reason for themselves? Or simply teach them about religions from an impartial standpoint?

Much of what we're taught while young is heavily impressed on our psyches.

    Cheers man. =)

  • @L00NGB00W WEll for one, kids these days get smart fast so I'd feel no pressure to wait. I'd probably educate them about a couple major religions, lay out a few arguments, on both sides, even, and then let them go from there.

  • @5thWatcher Fair enough. =)

  • I plan to start a church in Japan one day,I actually hope I'm poor.I'd say I just want enough for food and stuff, but even Jesus said something along the lines of"Doing God's will is my food!" in one of the early chapters of John.He does say you should tithe, but never said you should demand tithes. Also, tithes were intended to provide the bare necessities...not...sports cars...

I love how no one realizes you were being sarcastic.

  • Wow, this was absolutely brilliant. 5 stars. I don't know if anyone else caught the hidden message in this video but I sure did. Great job!

  • Very well done my friend LOL ... excellent. But hey .. you forgot to promise someone a miracle for that camera. Love ya .. keep up the good work and don't be surprised if that camera comes sooner than later.

  • heyi was wondering if you even got your obligated camera yet???

  • I sure didn't

  • What would you do if someone actually bought you a laptop, camera and all the things you asked for?

  • Depends who it was, for one. But the main point is that I will not solicit online to strangers for those things.

  • So you finally turned around on your old friend PCS or what?

  • Finally? You've like, never seen any of my other videos have you? I have never once endorsed a single religious view of his.

  • You, sir, are absolutely hilarious. Totally subscribing to you.

  • get a fuckin job your got damn Hippie.

  • You either forgot to watch the video or are unfamiliar with parody and sarcasm.

  • get a blunt you damn conservative piece of shit

  • why i dont smoke weed

  • you have to make a new version of this concerning vfx's recent e-begging.

  • This is that version. I put it out like a week after that.

  • You're awesome!

  • nooooooooooo dont do it!!

  • sweet I got the 100th rating on this vid ^_^ 5 stars!

  • this video reminds me a lot of "God TV"S missions week. "give us money so we can spread the word...m'kay! great vid as usual.

I am one of those "athiest" subscribers...although i dont like to brand myself as an athiest or anything really...i just say atheist to prevent myself from following it with this backup explination that in turn i have just typed...making it pointles...

    you get the picture!

    groovy!

  • no no sir you buy me a cam

  • build a church

  • I could get you some Coke and maybe some cheap wine.

  • I love your videos, especially when I am bored at work.

  • thanks.

  • hahahaha

  • I just realized why you seem so familiar, you have a Jack Sparrow thing going on, with the voice, the hand motions, you know what I mean?

  • That's not the first time I've gotten that, though it bothers be to no end because I am in no way a fan boy of those movies.

  • neither am I, but it just hit me since Jack has such a distinct personality.

  • Jack? Nah I was thinking more of Sam (benny and joon) cuz your a little Eccentric in that Buster Keaton sorta way. :)

  • That movie is pretty much a classic now... haven't seen it since I was a kid.

  • clever. I found to keep from being disapointed by el cheapo 3 litre soda get the mexican types. I mean you can get 3 litres of apple flavored or tamarind flavoured pop for a buck and you don't have anything to negatively compare it to.

  • oh I see this is picking on VFX and his begging for a free camera from his sugar daddy's mansion.

  • *Buys motion picture quality camera*

  • I love this man. Also you remind me of Kurt Cobain :)

  • So long as that is a compliment, thanks :-P

  • I digg the Dresden Dolls poster.

  • Well dig it more, because it is signed. And Brian gave it to me for free because he is fucking cool like that. Good times.

  • Well aren't you lucky, i didn't get to see them when they came down hear. :[

    When did you see them?

  • I take it you were the one who gave me the thumbs down? I presume you have a reason for looking down upon my approval of this most awesome video?

  • Win.

    Pure. Epic. Win.

  • Yeah...I don't know if I've ever left you a message but I fucking adore you and your sarcasm. I am also adding the word smarminess to my vocabulary. Other than making me giggle I like the messages you give. Don't ever leave us, k? D:

  • I appreciate that my existence is a positive thing. Pretty sure smarminess is real word, or at least what I derived it from (smarmy) is.

I will never leave so long as this lil' web cam on my laptop keeps working. :-)

  • I can't understand your problem your in America right! doesn't everybody who talks about religion get given thousands of dollars TAX FREE?

  • I think I need a building to jump on that one.

  • Oh, this is satire isn't it? LOL!

  • Lol, I'm glad you realized that.

  • Hey did you get enough money to get a new camera? Because if you leave YouTube I'm going to have to find a new muse and I just can't do that. The image of your face and voice is already ingrained in my creative psyche. DO NOT LEAVE YOUTUBE!

  • as long as the web cam on my computer works, which is what I use 95% of the time, I'm not going anywhere. ^_^

  • im serious....how can we donate lol

  • I am totally unprepared to accept donations.

  • how can we donate?

  • Okay I'll buy you a camera. Ever heard of the Cyber-shot® Digital Camera DSC-H50/B? It is a full High Definition ultra pixel camera.

I ever gave a camera to someone on Youtube, he was very thankfull. I hope I can help you too.

    Greets,

    - Rick

  • @AbartsWorld Wrong kind of camera.

  • @AbartsWorld :-P

  • @5thWatcher It's been a while.

  • so im obligated to kick you in the nuts?

  • lol.

  • haha great video

  • This is the funniest video I've seen in a long time.

  • That's how I roll, son!

    Thanks.

  • "I want to teach people to live minimally like Jesus did. And to do that, I need a high performance HD 3-CCD camera-- preferably Panasonic HVX-200."

    LMAO!! Genius

  • I was particularly fond of that line, and hope it was notable hilarity that it was said while chewing on a tootsie roll. ^_^

  • In your case I guess it's a LITTLE different, but z was a little...umf.

  • I don't quite get it. Seems to be ironic back and forth. I think now I really need to watch these context videos.

I don't think the preachers should live poorly. If they do real good work, they should earn their money for a good living like every worker wants to. But yes, they should let the grace of god be enough for their living.

But watch my videos, bro, then you will see that actually YOU should buy ME a camera, lol! XD Just a joke, hehe

  • What?

  • Gooooooooooooooooooal!!

  • Well if you really want a camera, you should pray. It's hard to get one free from someone. VenomFangX got one because he is God's favorite deciple and he can get anything he wants.

  • Uber:lulz.... maybe i misjudged u Watcher!

Ironically your points are exactly those I voiced to PCS, and he legitimately seemed to thing that HD gave god more credibility.

If god has such issues with production quality, why not give moses a printing press instead of stone tablets or even better blu-ray?

..on a side note... HD is a nightmare... bigger files, longer rendering times and noone one youtube will notice any of it..

  • They way in which the camera was acquired does way more damage than the new found quality of the video... I will stress however that the other Christian user who inspired this video is actually more worthy of the criticism I level here as he's been getting actual money.

  • I liked this video.

Now you get another Atheist subscriber who WONT be buying you a camera! :)

  • That's cool, but feel free to change your mind. :-P

  • I just have to comment again, this is awesome. I laugh so hard at it. ^^

  • Why thank you. ^_^

  • Hahaha...this video just made my day.

    :)

  • Glad to be of service.

  • why even do this? I know some christens are a little to far and a little nuts. but this video is just, what.. whats it there for. if you really wanna know he does have two jobs and he was asking people if they could help him, and by the way they did. What makes you think that there is no truth. yes I'm a christen. and i do drink. the bible never said its wrong. it just says being a drunk is. so is being fat. if you hate christen just hate the hypocrites, they make it look like a joke.

  • Can you show me - WHERE - in the bible is states that being fat is wrong!??!?!? You're embarrasing!

  • so you wanna know were the bible say its a sin to be fat.. well here i go...

    Proverbs 23:20

Be not among drunkards or among gluttonous eaters of meat, thats just one of many verses.. you tell me..

you go ahead and try to shut me down i have done so much research I can just rape you with facts and evidence.. I don't believe in something till i see the facts.. totally biblical, the bible said get knowledge, understanding and wisdom.. so thats what i do.. i always back myself up with facts.

  • Here's some facts for you:

I don't "hate [all] Christians" because I AM one.

Being "fat" and being gluttonous is not mutually exclusive. Some can be "fat" because of a thyroid problem. Some can eat a lot and never gain weight.

Also, you can be gluttonous with things other than food.

I didn't have to memorize the Bible for that one, I just needed a dictionary.

  • I already knew that. I looked it up in the dictionary myself. The first couple definitions the dictionary will use are eating as examples for glutton. If its a natural thing then you cant do anything about it. I'm one of those who can eat allot and not gain anything. That just means I'm not eating in excess because my body can handle it. my body uses all the energy. but some peoples bodies don't use as much energy so eating as much as I do will be in excess to them and they will gain weight.

  • The point is you shouldn't eat all that extra food because you should let others have a chance to have some too. If you eat less your stomach will shrink; eat more and it will grow, you can control it a bit.

  • totally agreed. the point I'm trying to get across is, over doing it comes from no self control or someone is just missing something has a void in there life and are trying to fill in the void by over eating. their happiness comes from the food. same goes for drugs and Alcohol.. the bible holds the many keys to help you over come this life. but many people turned it into some kind of religion. it holds much truth to real life. i'll give you another reply end explain what i mean..

  • look at rich people today, look at what they say got then there, they will say to invest and not look at the money but the people. do not get greedy. always give, it will come back to you more. In the bible Salomon run an export bussiness. he invested in horses. the bible says not to be greedy. tells you to give. you follow the bible and life becomes easy even if you don't believe in god. bill gates an invester and a charity giver. being rich 1 benifit of many if you follow the bibles advice

  • Dude i know exactly where you're coming from, but as you say, it is in the Bible to live minimally; i agree with that completely, but you can't down the whole of christianity over one or two 'preachers' you may have seen driving fancy cars.

i agree that there is no need for VFX to have a high def cam, but doesnt it make the videos easier to watch? i would of said so...

  • Neither you or I have any real basis to judge whether the "fancy cars" issue is a big or small problem, but either way, it is worthy of being addressed. The only thing I really got from VFX as far as this parody goes was his enthusiasm for Hi-Def video, which is hardly a personal jab. I did not mention names because I did not want to make it personal, but just realize he's not the only one that prompted this.

  • laras, i dont know what your deal is, but you have clearly NOT read what i have written. i said the people are not following what jesus did or preached. jesus did not "pimp" and im not even sure what you mean by the term "pimped", if you mean he asked for things for free, you are very much mistaken. do you think the Son of God would be concerned with things of this world? he was here for a purpose, to die for our sins, and give everyone a way into heaven. NOT to get whatever was good at the time

  • Its not about individuals mate, its about pimping in the name of Ministry, Jesus never pimped and are we not to follow his example as best we can?

  • And as far as i can see that is wrong, if you still call these preachers men or women of God, you are truly mistaken. They are in it for the money, there are so many about it is hard to see who is the real deal.

True followers of Jesus' teachings are not concerned with getting a name for themselves, but putting the word of god in the open. this is probably why they are harder to spot amongst the sea of people looking for a handout. I for one don't think VFX is looking for a handout out btw.

  • So you are saying ?? Jesus pimped??

or that this is about the individual?

or that we are not to try and follow Jesus example??

  • Sometimes we should just shut off the heat and think on things. let all those ingredients in the pot "do their thing." donchathink?

  • Lol, Sorry but I don't want to waste my money

  • C'moooooon, it's just 10,000 dollars

  • 10,000 dollar camera?

  • No, did you finish the video? I add up all the expenses at the end.

  • I'm not sure if VFX faked the so called guy "Rick" with his camera, I don't know how he got it, but why should someone donate YOU a camera? Ive never heard of you before.

And you don't even have a job! How old are you? You look like 19 or something, well in that case, your a big boy now and you can get your own money just like everyone else.

I think VFX lied about his camera, who would buy him a camera? Almost 70% of Youtube hates him.

  • Still haven't finished the video, have you? I wonder why someone gave you a thumbs down... GEE. HMM.

  • I didn't watched the whole video because I have better things to do. I'm getting already borred when you say "buy me a fucking camera"

  • Do you ever feel like someone told a joke and everyone gets it but you? If not, you do now.

  • I didn't even tried because it wouldn't be funny if it was a joke.

  • The people constantly thumbing you down speak to your silliness.

  • There will be no donations accepted this is a gift from a friend to a friend.

  • You don't need to defend yourself, dude, I'm not trying to call you out, it was just a funny idea with a decent underlying point.

  • ROFL nice video, I know how it feels like to drink "cola" and not "coca cola" lol. Well good luck to you. I don't even have money enough to buy a proper jacket for winter.

  • I'd hook you up if I wasn't so poor myself. I hope at least you live in the south where it gets less cold.

  • Haha, you're a christian? Doesn't look like it bro

  • Dude. Eat me. There is no Christian "look"; that is seriously offensive to me. Christianity is a religion, NOT A DRESS CODE.

What's worse is that crap like this fuels discrimination in the church which is part of the reason I don't go anymore. It's hypocritical.

  • Haha I didn't mean that. Just the fact that you said "buy me a fucking camera"

just didn't seem like it. but if you are that's cool. I get sick of people downing it

  • Lol, alright. That's good, it's all good.

  • 5thWatcher:

To be a Christian isn't some kind of a religion, it's a relationship to Jesus Christ.

  • Semantics, man. don't bust my balls over your imposed position of the non-religiousness of Christianity. That's kinda dumb anyway, because it's religious in nature either way. I don't mind being religious for Jesus.

    :-P

  • I gotta say I am with zipp here, I hate being called religious ( if you only knew lol ) To be fair the only thing one anyone could imply I am is that I try and keep the ten commandments. And even then I screw them up. Thank God Jesus paid for my fine or Id definately be going to Hell.

  • Okay, now I'm just curious. I hope you'll answer this question:

Why do you not want to be called religious? What is your motivation to be non-religious?

My theory is always "a rose by any other name..." as in, call it what you will, it's still what it is. I would rather remove the stigma from the term "religion" than have to abandoned the term all-together.

  • Jesus never used the word Religion, he had disciples, they followed his lead. Religion or the word atleast is a man made word to explain beliefs, i dont dig mans beliefs, man seems to screw too much up lol

I would happily be called a Jesus follower anyday over religious

  • I actually agree with that. I even sometimes call myself "a follower of Jesus". However, my beef is with the church. What Jesus talked about was pretty religious in nature and I am okay with that. But the Church, run by humans, does screw things up.

  • Amen

  • Reply is in your inbox

  • Well last time I checked Jesus said you know you are my disciples becuase you love another....I dont know i didnt see any love for Sean VFX or grats or anything all i see from this response is hate and cherry picking of the gospel

  • I don't hate him, but I guess you'll just have to take my word on that. You also have to realize that VFX is not the only one who's done this, and believe it or not, I like that guy too.

  • You may be a lot of things my friend, but "typical" is not one of them.;)

    That's why I like you.

  • Don't think this was inspired by you Shawn, just the bandwagon that started from it maybe?

  • Actually that is very true, as I've said I don't intend to be a bully. And it's a good way to put it.

  • I agree with that.

  • To a point.

  • BTW, 5thWatcher. Sorry for filling up your comment section on this video. I just find this discussion fascinating. I will move off of it if you wish.

  • God forbid you help my video get on the most discussed list. :-P

  • Hm. Very nice. I quite like it when I come across Christians like you. It helps me to realize that not all Christians want to shove their beliefs down my throat. I also like that (from what I've seen, anyway) you take what I feel was Jesus' true message. I actually think he had a lot of really wonderful things to say, and I honestly think the world would be a better place if more Christians followed his message about peace and loving thy neighbor as thyself.

  • In fact, if I recall correctly, it wasn't until Paul that the idea of an 'obligation' to convert everyone (especially gentiles, as he was known as the apostle to the gentiles) even came about. Correct me if I'm wrong, though. I don't think Jesus said much about conversion, at least not the aggressive, Evangelical conversion we often see on YouTube an elsewhere. But again, I could be wrong.

  • Jesus said to go out and preach, but what Paul said is what made it the negative thing it is today.

  • Ah, thank you for clarifying. :) There's a big difference between "go out and preach" and "go out and convert," I think.

  • I might be fuzzy as well, because while I can remember verses contents, I cannot usually remember what verse it is specifically. I've just looked through a lot of verses... here in Acts Jesus says to tell people about him, but goes no further.

  • I'm following the discussion and am confused. Nowhere in the Bible does it say and no true Christian believes you can force an unbeliever into believing, and Paul didn't teach anything contrary. What is this aggressiveness y'all seem to be so mad about? Are you speaking of a specific religion maybe?

  • The simply reality is this: Many unbelievers few Christians as overly aggressive and pushy in terms of forwarding their religion. Seeing that this does no good for anyone, and makes people dislike the religion of Jesus, I am not pushy, nor do I push people to convert. If people feel like they want to convert, they'll ask.

  • I have had people with rational mindsets tell me if it wasn't for me, they'd be atheists by now. So others can go and keep pushing people away with aggressive conversion tactics if they like, but they'll turn more people off to Christianity than they'll turn on.

Meanwhile, I'll have my work cut out for me trying to show the world that not all Christians are like that, and that we are not all bad, pushy and stubborn.

The end does not justify the means. That kind of thinking backfires.

  • Oh, I wasn't speaking of forcing (though there are people who consider themselves true Christians who do believe you should force conversion, but they are radicals and I'm not speaking of them) I was more referring to an aggressive evangelical notion of conversion. The idea that you must frighten people with hellfire to get them to repent and be saved. I never said Paul said anything about forcing Christianity. He just seemed, in my view, more concerned with converting everyone than --

  • OpheliaForsaken, Oh! I'm sorry. The whole hellfire damnation thing is true though. Some people use that and some use love. Both are right.

  • -- Jesus himself. Jesus seemed to want to spread the word, but I don't think he thought it was every Christian's obligation to 'save' everyone. Jesus seemed more concerned with helping the helpless, fighting the hypocrisy going on at the temples at the time, the injustice of Roman rule, peace and love... not to convert anyone to any religion. But I don't presume to know for certain that is how it was. It just seems that way to me, based on what I've read.

  • It's worth pointing out very little is known about the Hell the Bible speaks of.

  • Yes, that's right. From what I understand, the Hell most people think of was a later notion, not really mentioned in detail in the Bible. If I remember correctly (I wish I had the time to look up the verses) it was mainly an absence from the light of God. Not really a physical -place-.

  • OpheliaForsaken, either way, it's a place to be warned about. It's a place without God, and that is no place a person wants to go.

  • Well I can see why a Christian would want to warn people about the pain they believe is associated with being absent from the light of God. What troubles me is people threatening me with eternal torture if I do not believe in what they do. To simply say, "You may find, in the end, that if you turn away from God, He will turn away from you, and you will regret that you didn't accept Him into your life, because you'll be missing out on His Love." I would stop and listen to that.

  • Either way, it's true. Folks are lucky when the truth crosses their path at all. Being without God is gonna hurt whether you tip toe around the issue or not. A lot of people respond to hellfire and damnation preaching, besides it being the truth. It is even preached to people who only THINK they're Christians.

  • Well, I don't think Jesus would have wanted his followers to threaten non-believers with eternal torture, but I understand your point. You believe that people should believe what you do, and that the ends justify the means. I don't believe in the supernatural aspects of Christianity, but I think Jesus said a lot of wonderful, and at the time, radical things. The Jesus I think of was a gentle man, who believed in peace, equality, and love. I don't think he should be associated with fear.

  • What Jesus wants is for us to warn people of the judgement to come because He loves your souls even more so than the Christians who are being persicuted for trying to bring the Good News. The Good News being there is a way out of the coming judgement, and that way is Him. Put your trust and faith in Him, repent of your sins, read your Bible and obey it.

  • Trust me even us Jesus followers don't want to hear about fire and brimstone, but it reminds us to try and do good in all things so we don't end up there lol

  • Oh I get that. I'm just saying I don't think you need threats to convert people to Christianity. I think you'd have an even bigger following of reasonable, rational, peaceful people if the motivation to do good was not fear, but love. Christians believe God is love. Absence of God is absence of love. Absence of love is clearly a thing anyone would want to avoid. Why not that message, instead of "believe or burn forever?" Why threaten? It shouldn't be necessary.

  • Yeah but if God didnt warn us then when we all get up there to be judged we would be whinging that he didnt tell us the consequences and thats not fair ,whinge whinge whinge, this way whether we like it or not he has laid it all out for us to willingly choose our destiny. Bit like a politican who only tells half the story in other words, and no one likes those ones lol

  • I just laid out a way of warning people about Hell (being removed from the light of God and his love) without bringing eternal torture, hellfire, and threats into it. If someone does good because they fear torture, and would do evil if this threat was not in play, then they sin in their hearts, don't they? God, according to your beliefs, knows everyone's hearts, their thoughts, their intent. Would God really consider their obedience from fear good enough at Judgment?

  • I do understand where you are coming from, and yes he does see our hearts, not everyone is interested in " good will" some do need a good dose of consequences to make them sit up.

Just like kids, some are naughty by nature but know if they screw up Dads gonna come a looking for them, so they toe the line so to speak. I adore God for his protection over me and if I screw up willingly the fear is he will punish me ( for my own good of course) so that I toe the line again and get good with him.

  • What I'm saying, though, is that 'some people' shouldn't be allowed into a divine place by a divine, all-knowing being if they do what they are told because they fear him, and not because they love him, and not because they -want- to obey him. The test shouldn't be "did you fear me enough" but "did you love me enough?" Don't you think?

  • Well the bible says no sin is allowed into Heaven, the sheep and goats will be separated, so if someone is faking it, they wont go past go anyway.

However while we are living on earth if someone stops from committing murder because they fear our lord I am all for that. Make our life nicer thats for sure.

  • Ah, good point, good point. But the vast majority of people don't kill other people. And sadly, I see a lot of gangbangers who have a tattoo of the cross in a prominent place. I actually had encountered someone who was a contract killer my friend knew, who told me he wasn't going to hell because he repents every Sunday, but that I was, because I didn't believe. If you're a killer, most likely you find ways to justify to yourself and to your higher power that it's okay. The rare --

  • -- instances where someone doesn't kill someone else because they are afraid of Hell pales in comparison to the people who could be convinced to believe because they love their God, instead of because they fear torture, and if you want people to believe in God, that'll be more likely to convince good, reasonable people to believe. If you preach fear and torture, you'll get a lot of ignorant, fearful followers. If you preach love, you'll attract good, loving people.

  • A lie is a sin. It's a form of deceit.

You need to come to thewaythetruth com to get in depth answers. Can't say much in the comment box.

  • Well I'll come and give it a chance, if only to free up poor 5th's comment section. lol. But I won't come to be preached at. If I get a give-and-take atmosphere, I'll gladly tread the unfriendly waters in the name of friendly debate. :)

  • If you want to watch a great loving humble Christian check out Nephtali1981

He is definately one of my faves..

  • Hey thanks for being open minded, ive enjoyed this convo, aka conversation

  • Thanks, I've enjoyed it, too. :)

  • If we did it your way, would they be doing it simply because they fear being without love? Would their obedience still not be from fear?

  • I'm not talking about being fearful of being without love. You stay with someone you love because you love them, don't you? You fear losing their love -because- you love them. Not because they threatened you into staying with them. It's kind of a complex thing, but you make an interesting point. What I mean is, if people come to God because they love him, they will fear losing his love. If they come to God out of fear, they won't love him. But you're right that obedience would be from--

  • -- a kind of fear, but one that is -vastly- different from what is evoked by "believe or burn forever." It's a much more peaceful, reasonable, loving way to approach it. You obey because you love God, and you don't want to lose his love. You fear -because- you love, you don't love -because- you fear. I, even as a non-believer, see nothing at all wrong with that way of looking at it.

  • The absence of God has more consequences than just the absence of the feeling of love. God is love and He's more than a feeling, and from that love comes everything else. Judgement, righteousness, holiness, truth.
