@lcflor11 Yup!!! It's from the sailor moon super S special: Ami's first love. its pretty cool. ami has another transformation sequence. that attack is callled shine aqua mirage
Two things. Could have timed better, and I'm not sure what the video was supposed to be about, unless it was just random clips...
