Much faster to do on the very first boss of the game, it's literally like 4 minutes of play time into the game. You do L1 + triange (don't tap circle), then double jump and do L1 + square x2, then immediately go back to L1 + triangle.

You know its better if you used the L1 + O combo. Much faster and easier.
