ron paul should stop participating in these debates because Americans don't want him to be president. he looks unprepared and he does not have what it takes to be a republican nominee. there are other republicans out there.

@gilfernan79 People may not want him to be President, but some of his ideas really take hold. Even if he doesn't win, he can be a 21st century William Jennings Bryan. Back in the 1800s he lost. His views though locked in other candidates in terms of what they have to support to get elected.

@gilfernan79 I know how you said this 4 months ago, but he is by far the most prepared candidate. No other candidate talks about anything, and doesn't know their history. They just want to fight everybody.

Nice rebuttal, I would have prefaced it by pointing out that if his views on security were so far out of the mainstream, why has he received more than twice the support from people in the military than all other candidates combined. If his world view is so skewed, why do the front line defenders of our nation support him so strongly?

Very well done... You make the case tight. But Ron always speaks the truth, even if it's uncomfortable... A lot of the tea partiers were not ready to hear him.
