@georgenaser, the "particular piece of real estate" in question here is the property now called "Kibbutz Degania" (*not* a house in Jerusalem).
When was your house in Jerusalem occupied? Did someone force you to leave the house at gun point? What happened? I'm asking these questions because I know many Arabs are still live in and around Jerusalem and were not forced to evacuate their homes. If you were treated unjustly, I pray that justice for you will eventually and ultimately prevail.
