I think its a palestina skref because palestina skref is red, black, blue etc and shemag is green or "desert colored" (my opinion).

if you think it's a shemag, i think you put disgrease to the shemag, the shemag is not a "burka, "a hat" or etc. A shemag is supposed to cover youre mouth for sand in the desert and when cold days protect you from becoming sick
