OMG, this song brings back some really sweet memories. It was 1975, I was 15 & visiting my sister & her roommate @ Bridgewater State College. We had just sparked a joint & I was "directed" to put this song on. My sister & her friend were so happy for me to play it because I had just come out. I didn't even notice the title. They were waiting for my comment once I heard the first line of the song. I think they were more happy than I was at my coming out!

brings back great memories coming out in new york city in 1975 went to the nyu gay dance party at columbia times as gone so bad it was a great uplifting song for young gay men in the 70 s went so many were in the closet i wasn't in the heart of christopher street so many memories and where has all my friends gone to that big disco in the sky 12 west ,barefoot boy ,the cockring,the garage the loft so many gone crisco disco
