@richyslife Probably only about 50 old ladies complained, but that's usually enough for the ASA to withdraw an ad if they agree. People tend to use the word 'banned' completely incorrectly regarding TV ads. They are not 'banned', they are simply deemed unsuitable for broadcast and withdrawn, either by the channel airing them or by the advertising authority. To say an ad/video is banned suggests that it is somehow illegal to own or watch, which is of course nonsense.
