Thank you to the Statler Bros You were almost the only music that my brother played the weeks befor he died. Also at his funeral they played this dvd soundtrack at the beginning and end of the funeral. Our brother Stuart Douglas Lamb is in heaven Dec 23 2010. we will miss him dearly the lambsisters.
@flashback96 they already did a reunion concert and they are no longer singing together anymore.they did their last concert together at DollyWood Together in September.of this year are you going to be coming to the National Quartet Convention Next Year of 2012 in KY.
the real reason why Harold stood where he did , is because they had to position themselves in the mirror of the Carters with the Johnny Cash stage setting.
I just recently purchased the DVD and CD of the Statler Brothers Gospel Songs. I had them all on VHS.. and had to fast fwrd them to the Gospel Song. I've been waiting for someone to come out with this video.... tell ya what,, U WON'T be disappointed purchasing it. GREAT DVD!!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic. The last time I saw the Statlers was with my dear dad. He then suddenly passed away six months later. It was the last "date" we had together. I'll never forget that, and I will always love "my" Statlers!!
@LisaDepp The only reason I know this is because I am a huge fan of the Statler Brothers. I wish they were still singing, but it's understandable. Glad to help.

This effort is going to be a great national treasure! Just to be able to listen to and see these men together again in this short slice is precious. What a treat the 2 DVDs will be! Can't wait! My all-time favorites with my all-time favorite music...
If there was anything good that came out of the mess we called the sixties, I think it would be these guys! Their muisc is so touching and beauitful.
