It makes me sad that this band and their namesake were both extremely talented and proven to be so, but people forget about them from time to time. Inspirations for many, including myself.
Tesla is a great example why I despise MTV and Much Music. A great, talented band that makes great music, but yet were never really given a break. They were tied into the "hair metal" genre, yet they were just a good rock band that got sucked up in the whole grunge movement and spit out. This should have been a monster band. Anyways, I guess I'm lucky that I thoroughly enjoy their music and they are a guilty pleasure that everyone should get to listen to at some point or another.
This band and their music has never gone unnoticed by about two generations as far as I am concerned. I raised my kids on Tesla...I know many people who feel exactly the same way about seeing them every time they come to town, No don't forget. Its not what you got. Its what you give....

Great song, indeed!
It makes me sad that this band and their namesake were both extremely talented and proven to be so, but people forget about them from time to time. Inspirations for many, including myself.

Tesla is a great example why I despise MTV and Much Music. A great, talented band that makes great music, but yet were never really given a break. They were tied into the "hair metal" genre, yet they were just a good rock band that got sucked up in the whole grunge movement and spit out. This should have been a monster band. Anyways, I guess I'm lucky that I thoroughly enjoy their music and they are a guilty pleasure that everyone should get to listen to at some point or another.

This band and their music has never gone unnoticed by about two generations as far as I am concerned. I raised my kids on Tesla...I know many people who feel exactly the same way about seeing them every time they come to town, No don't forget. Its not what you got. Its what you give....

@Ratt2004 Probably the best group of musicians to grow popular in the 80's and now they play freaking rodeos. Instead we get overhyped autotuned bimbo disco queens dominating the airwaves. This is why I hated disco then and I hate it now. It crowds out real musicians with real talent for a bunch of computer generated, autotuned bull s....t.
