Nice biotope tank! I love red tailed black sharks but theyre so territorial and keep tormenting the other fish in the tank. They seem to ignore the smaller fish though. I have a 100 gallon tank (arrox. 400 L) with plenty of live plants & driftwoods to hide but my red tail kept on picking on the gouramies, betta, and the clown loaches so sadly I had to give him away.
the redtail looks aggressive as usual! Love those fish but they're so intolerant.. LOVE the tank btw.... Looks NATURAL! A lot of these new planted tanks you see look to fake and forced.
I have vallisneria Gigantia in my 55 gallon and they are slow growing how did you get your vallisneria to get that big ? I have 10,000 K bulbs but they are still not very big on watts

@flyinggimpproduction I was using 3wpg and had laterite mixed in with the gravel, with a combo like that its kinda hard not to grow val.

@sepehrfarzaneh I too enjoy red tailed sharks, this guy was sold a few months after the video was made for the same reason.

That took one year to grow.
About a month after the video was made I tore it all out and have started all over.
Once they establish them selves, they become highly invasive.
I used to find them growing (sorta) under the logs and mixed in with every other plant in there.
