  • Stretching in general is not healthy! Trying change the shape of your muscles is both pointless and dangerous. I prefrer flexibliity which obviously cannot be achieved by stretching. Check out either moshe feldenkrais or anat baniel for acutal helpful work with your mucles and brain. People will soon realize how antiquated that kind of stretch is.

  • neck roll, now thats original, thank god. i hope that works for my neck and i mean it. Good thing i have expert village. Tommorrow you can show me how to stretch the back of my leg by bending over. which would be appropriate seeing as i feel like i just got screwed!

  • @blabbermouth777 Really, that's uncalled for. I think the series was very helpful; it's often hard to remember what I learned in PT and the videos help refresh my memory. It's often the simplest things we forget... like zipping the fly before getting on stage. I think the 2,289 other people who have viewed this before me probably agree, except you, so 2,288. If you don't have anything nice to say, why say it?
