I just found out by comparing them, that this figure is a complete repaint from head to toe, a 25th anniversary Dusty figure with all these cool accessories.. The only thing different on him besides the paint is the hands.. other than that, same figure...

This guy is basically just an accessory pack (remember those from the day?), which is quite cool in my opinion. I was never much for army building the Joe team, but this guy and the Zartan with MP disguise changed that.

blue-tak may come in handy for the hands issue for any figures. Just a tiny bit for them to hold their weapons.

Deep Six, Neo-Viper, Cobra Viper Commando, Destro, Baroness (Attack on the G.I. Joe Pit) are the most easiest to find figures here at the Philippines.

boil some water put hand in for 2 second take out bend hand to wanted position then run it under cold water ... problem solved
