  • I eat it every day. 6 minutes in the steamer. Sprinkle with a lil garlic powder.

  • The cream turned me off, but I eat broccoli raw daily, its more effective if blended. Keeps skin young and strong. But people would rather eat greasy hamburgers. Haha, I know they don't eat like that in other countries

  • thanks for the info. I don't fry food or cook with oil. I cool down food and then add exxtra virgin olive oil I read it is healthier that way.
