  • Who cares if shaolin does it with an other method, point is, these guys can kick your ass.

  • so this is the first class of the new naha generation

    still has work to do

  • Interesting Still doesnt compare to Shaolin training

  • @herdondoozer That's true

  • @herdondoozer shaolin training is for kids, karate is an pre martial art made for those who want to be stronger at any age, shaolin is for war, karate is for home

karate was a martial art really awesome before it was named karate

  • 6:57 INSTANT SUPER PRISON SHANK!

  • as awesome as this seems, this is all physical conditioning, you can tell by how the guys flinch when they get hit. Unlike shaolin monks, who train with the REAL iron body technique, they use qigong and don't rely on physical strength

  • @Aznboy031 - actually, this is "real" iron body also. Uechi Ryu foundation is Sanchin or Sam Chien in Chinese, which comes from Fujian Luohan Kuen. It is a hard Qigong, just like the one trained by the Shaolin Monks. Uechi Ryu is actually a Chinese Art taught to Kanbun Uechi by Chou Tzu Ho, a Chinese Boxing Master. The Chinese demonstrate their Kung Fu this way too. So because it's not Chinese(which it is), it's not real? Or maybe because the practitioners are Okinawan?

  • @Koryuhoka

Hi, does the iron palm training, make your hand hard as a rock or will you still contain the soft hand ?

  • @OVERCAPITALIZE - this is not the same. I have not researched Iron Palm but I have shaken the hand of someone who was training in it. It does not make your hand, your flesh hard. It trains your bones and tendons. The feeling is supposed to be like Steel wrapped in Cotton. I have no training in it so I can not really give you an answer other than what I have given.

  • @Aznboy031 Actually your wrong, the okinawan iron shirt techniques come from shaolin and both primary methods strengthen the wei chi which is the protective chi that circulates on the surface of the skin and which also enforces the muscles and tendons.Tensing up is involved, and the qigong they use strengthens the physical body and the muscles. The softer iron shirt training methods use the chi and jing that is built up inside the body and take many many years of correct training.

  • @oscie1 godd info.thanx.seems martial most arts are always related.

  • It is all became from chinese martial arts.

  • You fucking retards don't kno anything about "Chi" and call this fake. Go study than comment.

  • 0:57 full forced fist punches to the guts?? did i understand properly? omg that guys must have finished with their family planning

  • 4:07 :D:D:D

  • I agree 100%. This is complete nonsense, it's all fakery and camera tricks. You can see the wires if you pause right before he hits the baseball bats. I KNOW about this stuff guys, I have personally shot many of these documentaries and can tell you without ANY doubts that this is billycock.

  • @jfd986 Yeah goddamn those wires always breaking baseball bats and stuff.

  • @Supercucu123 See, THIS guy knows what I'm talking about. Everyone else is a dumbhead.

  • @jfd986 Are you stupid?

  • Whatta crocka SHIT. Bald headed fart.

  • 2 goofy nerds... funny...

  • i hate when some "martial arts experts use simple tricks to show off.yes if you hit me with a 10 feet wood it WILL break.the longer the easier it breaks.i dont say its easy or they know shit of martial arts but i just hate it.try hitting him with a shorter one.

  • @murdocsader

Take a close look when he picks-up the 2x2 at 1:05 and you can -clearly- see it is about *4* feet long NOT 10 feet long.

    >yes if you hit me with a 10 feet wood it WILL break.

OK I have got a bunch of 2x2s. Let me know where you live and (if I'm ever in the area) I'll gladly hit you with them and we can then upload the results to youtube. But if it doesn't go like you think it will, don't ask me to edit out the part where you yelp in pain and curl up into a ball.

  • @thecontemplative2 hahaha lol :D. the part of the 10 feet was supposed to be exageration.i didnt really think it IS 10 feet.the thing is that if you hit wood this thick and at about that length on its 1/3 of its length it will break.it doesnt matter if you hit the iron man or my leg as long as it is not something very soft.even if my leg breaks the wood will too.try doing it if yo uhave them hit a small tree or smthing with small surface like the guy in the videi does

  • @murdocsader

Wow, you really aren't very bright are you? Them point isn't that it is surprising that it broke (as you pointed out, it will break as long as you swing it hard enough) the point is that they don't feel any pain (or at least not enough pain to provoke a reaction).

You spout off with these inane comments and it is obvious that you don't even understand the point of the demonstration. If you think its all a simple trick post you video of you doing the same thing.

  • @thecontemplative2 omg just look at the comment i made below...to @zealxarax -.-

  • @murdocsader

OK, maybe it's more like 5 feet long. In any event it is shorter than the man holding it.

  • "It is the board that should fear your hand, not the other way around.."

  • To fight toughness you need gentleness, but to beat gentleness you need a greater gentleness, when i say that, then a gentle fist is much stronger than a tough fist, wanna know why? if you study gravity with your own power and know how to use another mans gravity/weight on him, you'll become a strong hitter, dont worry lol plus you would need alittle bit endurance to keep it up.

  • 1 man dotnt beleave energy power

  • rocknroll

  • I am a full believer in the power of Iron body training and practice myself, but when the stick broke at about 1:16 the breaking point wasn't the point of impact. help?

  • @ZealXarah you should know that it isnt the iron body that broke the wood but the forceof its weight to itself so with little exeptions at any point of the wood if you hit it,the biggest amount of force will travel to its mid.so the part of wood always breaking is the one, next to the impact point.they use longer sticks to "showoff" in a way cause people pay attention mostly at the wood breaking that is a simple physics trick ,and not at the pain that the trained endures silently.

  • @ZealXarah Thats the important thing as you should know better ;)

  • @ZealXarah you dont need to have doubts about the iron body. it doesnt break on the point of impact because the abs force combined with the sticks force is spread across the wood so it will break in its weaker part (which doesnt mean that its soft. it means its the softest part of the wood). it could even break on the other extreme of his abs, or the middle, or anywhere else. that depends on the abs strength. hope i could help. oss!

  • Strong wood at 4:16

  • @GeneralG1810 Considering the fact that I don't watch videos like this on Youtube, No, I don't leave comments like that. My husband wrote it and I could careless if this is fake or not. If they can do it, good for them! I DON'T CARE!!

  • @heathlc21 Simply remove the comment ^_^ then nobody will hassle you.

  • @heathlc21

    * She cares.Secretly, she cares a lot.

  • @noscirenamra First of all, learn to use correct grammar. Second of all, I didn't write that comment. I stayed signed in on my account and someone else wrote that. I could careless if this is fake or not. Shut up and stop spamming my e-mail!!

  • Ouch.

  • "Don't do it to me please" the words came out with a shaky tone hahahahahaha ^^

  • this guy cant hold chopsticks.

  • Comment removed

  • ha ha when you held on to 350 lbs men in football did you use that grip

  • Old school is the best school, yes! But in the upcoming exhibition fight the Kote Uchi technique would be could've been considered manslaughter if Mark would've used it against the Kyokushin nidan he fought.

  • so fake... please..

  • @heathlc21 because your mind and body are weak, I suggest to go away from the keyboard and get some training!

  • @heathlc21 not fake at all man. that part of my training

  • @superninja2811 Good for you, but I wasn't the one who commented on this video so your comment is meaningless to me. My husband was on my account.

  • @superninja2811 you train in uechi ryu karate?

  • @heathlc21 Jesus christ theres always one, i bet you leave the fake comment on every vid you watch. Do you really find it that hard to believe that a man who studied martial arts for most of his life could be that lethal. and let me tell ya the punishment for mistakes over there is a little more harsh than the western society. So they better get it right

  • @GeneralG1810 wew, wussy

  • @heathlc21 cause your fake please, you fear pain and hardworking so you say things like that wuzz never experience a real training.

  • ahahahahaha LOL RI YU KI EN? It's RYUKYU dummy.

  • @27skateordie

    Okinawa, Japan

  • Were is this?

  • the person holding the boards was bending the board making it easier.

  • also chinese gong fu student do this

  • @Amarth41269 you shouldn't pidgeonhole all mma fighters to have that type of personality.

  • is this like the fight quest? what is this movie?

  • @harukohayashi wow man, you can't see this ISN'T a movie?

  • it is clear that when the sensay was hiting those westeners he was holding back. he was not using the same str. as he did with his students

  • If you grab a set of the rod of iron this device will make you hard as hell in just a few weeks add this to your training program and you will be hard to stop. Fists like rocks and more I invented it, patented it,use it and stand behind it 100% look at my web page about us and you will see were I was in a motorcycle wreck just back in december of this year I literally bounced of the car and walked away. @therodofiron0com

  • I'd want to live with this guy. He makes a living somehow doing this. I'd love this.

  • This is some of painful training that I have ever taken up. I just started not long ago and my body feels numb but somehow screaming in pain after a session which lasts about an hour. Those boards are definitely real, I have seen many things stronger than that broken over a body.

  • poor grappler that faces this sensei osss!

  • 4:09 ow

  • your mama

  • many of those student neet to breathe more.... or better i guess i should say. very nice.

  • So do you learn this in only Uechi Ryu or Goju? how about Shito Ryu?

  • @Mider999 did you reply to the correct person?

  • i do kyokushin, but the moves in 5:25 where sensei n fags r doin the moves r pretty nice. we hv in in kyokushin, but not as soft or circular

  • Iron Body by the shaolins is probably more sensible

  • What one thinks is sensible is not always around.

Okinawan Te came from Chinese Gung Fu, so this is probably very close.

  • yeah your right iron body in shaolin takes alot longer

  • Kiyohide Shinjo has been training under Uechi Ryu since he was ten yrs old under his father Seiyu Shinjo. He is probably reaching sixty now.

  • 3:15

Jesus, That's one hell of a pimp slap.

  • Stupid gaijin. Really disrespectful.

  • indeed

  • breaking a freakin baseball bat with your arm is never out of style fool ^o^

  • that dude could f#~@ me up.

  • 9 time world champion at what competition? Probably a Karate competition because practically every Chinese martial art does all of this and in more refined ways. It's not unique so it's kind of stupid to do a show about a specific martial art and this was all they could talk about.

  • Stop whining, you still liked it.

  • good offense is a good defense.

  • 3:12 made me wanna learn this art of fighting!

  • what is this show called

  • Fight Quest!

  • actully its human weapon

  • its obvious that you do not train in any Martial Arts because you do not understand,if you do train find another teacher someone who can teach you humility,or if you are your own teacher then you dont need to train any more as you are perfect and dont need to

  • Iron Body Skills Are The Best

  • nfl players have also a iron body

  • Wewt, Human weapon. one of my fav series.. I hope they get the funding for a season 2 :)

  • we do SOMETHING like this in finnish karate training. but it's way diffrent.

  • 5 STARS!

  • Actually I'm one of the happiest and nicest people most people know. I avoid fighting and stop fights at all costs. I only fight to defend friends or myself if my life is threathened, and please, don't insult me and tell me to go into ufc or mma. Those people are the people we should be flamming. We should stop this internet nonsense. Don't you agree?

  • I believed you missed a word "Channel" and ya, if im in a fight im angry, someone had to have really pissed me off, but regardless you seem to know everything "Imply Sarcasm Here" So I'm going to stop responding to your worthless and prvocative little comments. Enjoy your martial arts ^^

  • My apologies if I had annoyed or upset you.

  • I'm just saying that Uechi-Ryu has toughened me up further then any other martial Art I have done. I do understand that it is purely opinion but I'm loyal to my style and I believe in Uechi-Ryu Karate as simply the best. Between the other martial arts Ive done, this one has made me more physically fit aswell as fast and powerful. It has given me the ability to not only supress my anger but channel it to use in a situation in which I need to fight for my life. It wasnt braggin, It was an Example.

  • It pretty much is. Aside from my iron body training"Conditioning" All the techniques we learn are based on toying around with people or killing them instantly. I've been in 2 fights since ive learned Uechi-Ryu Karate. My first one I just stood there and took a beating then laughed at the guys face and backfisted him. My second fight I got jumped by 5 people and whooped all there asses in less then a minute. I don't see how any other martial art really comparse to Uechi-Ryu.

  • Uechi-Ryu Karate is the Best Martial Art.

  • hes powerful, but hez nothin compared to mas oyama..

  • they do this in kyokushin as well...

  • impressive shit

  • Incredible. Thanks for uploading.

  • testing the power of the sanchin kata

  • man id hate to be the kid of this guy

especially if he beats his kids

  • it would be an honor youd be iron by 5 beat the crap out of anyone

  • OMG they're crazy! Look at his fingers...no one is straight! I wonder if when they're 55 or 60 y.o. can still use their hands...

  • naa dude its from holding chop sticks lol

  • lol

  • Yep.

  • Kiyodhide Shinjo is Definitly THE Toughest Martial Artist there is!!! He has so much Power he can Kill you with one shot Easy, He has the true meaning of an Iron Body, I strive to get like that, I been training in Kyokushin for 6 years and we do alot of Conditioning. I condition myself on my own even when I'm not training so hopefully I can get close to a Iron body like that.

  • "im gunna go over there" lol

  • Jamming your fingers must suck!
