  • @Somesubjekt No, sealand is unique in that it was built illegally in international waters during WW2 and then abandoned after it. Also sealand is not an official nation because it is not recognised officially by any nation (Although germany did technically do so by sending a diplomat, germany of course denies this was a recognition of soverignty) . It IS however outside the territory and therefore control of any nation. It is then an independant state.
