  • Noah Wyle = Keanu Reeves

  • Bill Gates BSODs when he comes.

  • I like it when Noah's like: We're better than you are. And Anthony comes back, with his hands on his waist, like: In your dreams, pumpkin! XDXD

  • Bill Gates was absolutely right when he said it didn't matter. He outsmarted Jobs out of billions of dollars and I really don't mind. Jobs was clearly insane in this movie.

Also, Anthony Michael Hall is amazing in this movie.

  • Dang it. I hate Microsoft now. What copycats.

  • @54321thedeathbed Some one doesn't know about Xerox

  • @CoolKabbage They didn't copy from Xerox, they left the door open.

  • @54321thedeathbed okay buddy, lets say Xerox made a hamburger and put cheese on it 1st, Xenox gives the cheese to Mac to make Macs burgers better and asks for nothing, Mac gives the burger with cheese to Windows so that Windows can put there own special mustard on it like they did to every Mac burger before, they put on the Mustard, but take some cheese for themselves, there wasnt a rule against Windows taking the cheese, so Mac is mad that they didnt put a rule on it

  • @EpicUnknown wtf

  • @EpicUnknown the hamburger represents the computer and the cheese is the little software things that Xenox gave Apple, and then the special mustard Windows has is the operating system Windows installed on Apples products to make them work

  • @EpicUnknown Mcdonalds stole mac and made the big Mac.

  • 1:20 .......

  • 8:04 that' 1000% true :D

  • Both stole other people's ideas and either made it their own or improved upon the original idea. I think both have left an ever lasting mark on our culture and society as a whole. Amazing these two guys were born in the same year and became two of the most powerful CEOs of all time, Bill of course becoming the richest man in the world multiple times over. Even though they were rivals, it is said they remained friends until Jobs' death just a few months ago.

  • VOCE E BESTA DEIXE SITE FAZER FACUDADE

  • Now you can run triple OS Linux and Microsoft Windows and hackintosh on the same machine!

  • 5:40, some sort of death glare huh

  • Yeah microsoft steals from apple, because obviously they have a time machine that goes 10 years into the future so they can steal and invent their ideas to make them better than their future version (first windows tablet pc vs ipad)

  • @xerke - Windows tablets were garbage 10 years ago and they're garbage now, get real

  • @KoolAidManOG ah, another fanboy

  • @xerke - Ah, someone who actually thinks Windows was good touchscreens.

Touch is the whole *point* of Windows 8. Windows is currently garbage on touch, only good for mouse/trackpad & keyboard.

Only a fanboy or somebody with no standards thinks Win tablets were ever any good.

  • @KoolAidManOG Windows was good touchscreens.

    nice grammar. Also you're a macfag/linuxtard

  • @xerke - Windows *HAS* never been good on touchscreens.

And LOL at the idiot who has to fall back on misspellings because he has no argument and supports trash. Even Microsoft knows their old tablets were shit. GG

  • @KoolAidManOG Says the koolaid fan, I bet you're a 13 year old who sits in front of his 90s pc (oh I mean mac) all day playing 'cool' games

  • @xerke - Nope, sorry bro. I'm also typing this on my Windows 7 PC that I built myself. You don't have to be a magfag/linuxtard to know that Windows tablets have been shit so far.

Why do you like garbage products?

Go post more stupid drunk videos.

  • @KoolAidManOG LMAO, If I would buy garbage products then I would buy everything with the beginletter i, apple sucks get over it FANBOY!

  • @xerke - You'd buy a trash Widnows tablet and then post stupid videos of you dropping it while drunk. Go choke on your own vomit, haha

  • @KoolAidManOG That's filmed with an iPhone by the way, it has a nice camera for a 600$ phone isn't it?

  • Steve Jobs was a tyrant. Gates was much kinder to those that worked under him.

  • Bill Gates can get fucked. Windows is the worst operating system on the planet. I should know, I'm stuck using this colossal piece of shit. Windows 7 has an insulting amount of space taken for the operating system, which is a fucking joke as is, no real need for it being so large, and is the Slowest operating system BAR NONE. It's actually sickening, I can't believe I paid for my new computer, it's like having a second wife, only THAT much more frustrating. You tell me who should have died...

  • @godiamone There was no need for either to die, but Jobs was merely a business man, and not a brilliant one at that. His marketing team was the true brilliance, and his engineering team was able to take existing products and refine them for the masses Walkman MP3-> ipod, tablet PCs -> tablets, early smartphones in Asia -> iPhone. Gates is an actual comp sci genius and really a better person seeing as how he's donating his lifesavings to charity. Also, user error, lololol

  • those dialogue between bill and steve... did they really happen? did they really shout at each other? just curious..because i saw them together on AllThingsD...

  • LOL. You mean when Apple stole from Xerox?

  • Give me a break, how 'bout Jobs stealing from Xerox ...

  • When an unstoppable force meets and immovable object.

  • I love both Apple and Microsoft . Aint that a bitch :3

  • @MissDumyat I'm sorry ? how is that stealing ? i call that you not being tech savvy. next apple has been stealing A LOT more that MS "oh look at the Ipad its so original!!" not. 2001 MS had something that no joke looked like a chunkier version of the Ipad and there are a lot more where that came from. hell jobs even said “Good artists copy; great artists steal.” HIMSELF

  • a douchebag movie for douchebag people

  • and your like That's not Fair! i wanted to try to steal it first! lmao best fucking line

  • Funny how the movie shows Jobbs as this nice trusting guy and Gates as evil. Xerox let the world have it for the taking, Jobbs didn't invent that OS, he copied it and so did Gates. You fanboys should be mad at IBM, they made Gates a powerhouse in software.

  • @ThaChief46 Why blame at all? They were both visionaries and profiteers and Gates won the 1st round while Jobs clearly won the 2nd round. It will be interesting to see who wins the next round.

  • @supercooled I am not blaming. It just seems that people take cheap shots at Gates and lets Jobbs off scott-free. Jobbs takes shots at Gates and Gates speaks nicely of him. Just watch the interviews. BTW i have a PC laptop, IPod Touch and an Android phone. So I have some of everbody, lol.

  • @supercooled newsflash steve jobs has died...... and bill gates retired a very long time ago. No round 3

  • @evilbunz yeah, a little grammatical error there if you take it at face value. I really meant Microsoft vs Apple as a collective rather than their anointed leaders.

  • How about M$ stealing from DRI?

  • Bill Gates reply "We are better than you"

    It doesn't matter!!!

Bill Gates is the true Don..

  • I'm not a PC. I'm an Apple.

  • You guys might be forgetting that Bill Gates is a genius and Steve Jobs was not. They dropped out of college for similar reasons but also different reasons. Bill Gates would feel sorry for the rest of the students in a class because he could understand everything and he would ace it. Bill Gates is a genius, an above average intelligence human being. Steve Jobs was a brilliant business man but not a true genius by definition. that would be bill gates.

  • 1:19

  • It always matters! Better always matters.

  • "SPOILER". 2:50 lies and deceit. He was playin him the whole time. Ain't that a bitch.

  • @SAHLISS Is that Gates' genius?

  • Nothing to do with the movie just got me to think about how people have said apple stole the iphone design from the lg prada and now there pissed cuz samsung is supposedly stealing from them.

  • I often wondered what we see in this segment is how it really happened and what bill showed and told steve to clam him down.

  • Too bad that Linux is better than both.

  • yeah...and apple steal from samsung..

  • @tiburcio9999 no!

  • I hated Bill Gates the first time I watched this movie, but now I think he's brilliant in the movie. I personally think Microsoft can suck a ball or two. But just how Bill actually implemented Xerox/Apple's software, that's why he was remarkable.

    He was a brilliant faggot.

  • @SuperKittyPancake What you talking about his wife is smoking good looking and was smoking hot when she was younger.

  • @freespeachrulez Nope, just a faggot.

  • @SuperKittyPancake I wonder who you would call straight then.. geesh. Stop using the computer you faggot enabler.

  • @freespeachrulez Lick the underside of my sweaty balls.

  • @SuperKittyPancake So that is why you call Bill a faggot? You want someone to lick your balls? Well step one is growing some first. But don't worry you might get some soon once they drop.

  • @freespeachrulez I suppose you make no sense.

    I must go now.

  • Favorite line n dis clip: "THAT DOESNT MATTER" clearly it did not...

  • I find it difficult to watch this scene without expecting John DiMaggio to jump in and tell Jobs to "bite my shiny metal ass!"

  • I liked the LSD scene better.

  • YOU'RE STEALING FROM US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I used to be ballin

    But now I'm Steve jobbin

  • RIP Steve

  • The casting of this was genius. I see right thru Hall and Wyle to Gates and Jobs.

  • Who knows what music mr. Jobs listens to?

  • @pavelgubarev Johann Sebastian Bach [The Well-Tempered Clavier Book 1 Prelude and Fugue in C Major.

  • @gck86 Thank you very much!

  • Great scene. RIP Steve Jobs.

  • There are so many flaws in this movie it really is not funny...

  • @JackBauer270 it's based on a novel, not from research on what really happened, just like "The Social Network"

  • Steve Jobs sees himself as Alexander the Great in both his boldness and capricious nature, and the quasi-messianic image he projects onto his zealots.

Bill Gates sees himself as Sun Tzu, with the best attack is where your opponents aren't even aware that it's happening. Shabbily dressed, and slouched, he projects the image of a non-threatening beta male, while his army of ninjas loot the pirates cave.

This movie should have been called Pirates vs. Ninjas.

  • One of my favorite scenes from one of the greatest films of our generation. If you don't own this film do yourself a favor and go pick it up.

  • Search: Steve Jobs listening to Bill Gates' "iPad / iPad2 / iCloud" idea

  • Awesome movie, awesome segment. Required viewing after this should be the D8 conference, when Steve listens on as Bill talks about the theory of tablets, knowing that Apple has been at work on the iPad since 3 years before the iPhone came out. All things go full circle. There are no new things under the sun. But passion for what you do goes a long way, in the end...

  • we don't asking about xerox for GUI

  • @bobctx Xerox backed out.

  • Steve Jobs: "We're better than you are..."

And the phrase that every Apple fan will echo to everyone else was born.

  • @ejpbaylon And you know what Gates' response was? "That doesn't matter, Steve." Gates had beat Jobs to the punch.

  • @kajehart Yup, and Gates was right. Crazy Gates was awesome in the movie.

  • @ejpbaylon Bill Gates : "That doesn't matter" LOL! It's just funny hahahaha!

  • @guisimple my favorite line in the whole movie.

  • @ejpbaylon Can't argue with the truth, I'm afraid.

  • As much as I dislike Windows and Microsoft, I wouldn't have "crossed swords" with Bill Gates in the 80s and 90s.

  • Microsoft licensed legally from Apple for Windows 1, then moved in a similar direction for Windows 2 and 3 - in the later court case all bar 10 of the 189 GUI parts Apple brought up were covered in the original license and the other 10 weren't Apple's idea in the first place. More recent OS changes are clearly both companies 'leapfrogging' each other, with every thing taken from OSX having another feature taken from Windows. From a user of either system's perspective this is a good thing.

  • Xerox execs did not want it. Xerox demonstrated the GUI and then handed it over to Apple to develop. When Apple created “Macintosh" they hired Microsoft as a contractor to assist in developing software applications for it. They handed over to Microsoft several Mac prototypes for that purpose. Bill dissected the GUI, lifted it, tweaked with it and introduced his “Windows” environment... A quick and dirty piggyback operating system which rode on top of DOS. It was junk, but it was cheap.

  • What is this movie called?

  • @Jayslollipop are you serious?

  • @Mitube Back then I was, but then about ten minutes later I laughed hard at myself!

  • "We are better than you, we have better stuff."

"You don't get it Steve: that doesn't matter."

The reason for Microsoft's success in a nutshell.

  • @delanyandrej Have you checked how apple computers are doing? Their market share is growing.... whereas the microsoft market share... well you can ask any well informed fanboy

  • @JoelB3783 their computers are overpriced outdated garbage running on an easy to hack and infect OS. Only the lazy, the technically inept and the retarded (also known as hipster) buy them. they have roughly a 10% market share, 85% of that being microsoft. It's also rumoured that microsoft still has a large stake from the 90's in apple, so they get a percentage of their profits anyway.

the mac OS is basically a version of linux that isnt free. Linux is free and does 95% of what a mac OS can do to

  • @Vihara2 So you have a mac?... The whole "easy to hack and infect OS". Is extremely Ironic, there are at LEAST 4x the viruses for windows than there are for OS X. Lets not forget the price of an OS from apple. $30 for an Upgrade, $60 for the fresh installer.

  • The social network

  • "Here is the true story of when it all goes down."

    Um, no.

  • It pisses me off when people trie to defend Apple...

They stole it from Xerox, damn it. It may have been a deal, but we all know Steve's real intentions about it. Im not defending Microsoft, Bill was also unethical, but he had it all figured out from the begginning. HE HAD A STRATEGY. His strategy was to be close from the leader of the market (Big Blue, Apple), and guess what? IT WORKED.

Bill used some unethical ways to go, but so did Steve.

  • @Davispeed15 I agree with what you're saying. You know where Bill beat Steve? Bill picked up very quicky on Steve's hatred of IBM and used that to "bond" with Steve. Steve let his guard down. Bill was great at psychology. The scene in the movie at the warehouse where he diffuses that contractor and compliments his hardware and tells him it needs his "software' and talks of the money they could make together was great salesmanship!

  • all bullshit and gossip aside, bill was better, he had better stuff.

  • based on the nerd strories......

  • THE ULTIMATE REVENGE - Microsoft Net Falls Below Apple’s as IPad Eats Into Sales Apr 29, 2011 (Bloomberg) ahahahaahahahaahah!

  • "When did this stop being a business and start being a religion?"

  • win 7 rockKs>>>>>>>>>

  • BEST LINE IN THIS CLIP: "you dont give it steve, that-doesn't-matter!"

  • Bill gates won, bottom line

  • @projectbrumaire Only if you're counting dollars.

  • @projectbrumaire That's right. Steve had a big head start and look at where each man's pocketbook ended.

  • I don't like the parts of this movie where it gets it so wrong. Like, when Woz left the company in the movie it was portrayed as him being upset at the workers fighting: in real life this did happen, the workers fought, but Steve did NOT leave because of that. He did not like it, but he did not leave because of it.

  • Han Solo much?

  • Windows is crap. Always was, always will be. I have owned apples since the 1980's, and they all still work. I bought a windows 7 laptop, and it is pure shit. Apple is superior.

  • @johnbarleycornmd No one cares. When do you stupid fanboys just shut the fuck up.

  • Gates > Jobs ... always.

  • @trollolololulz Wozniak>Gates && Anyone>Balmer

  • F#*K BILL G@T€*, F#*K ST€*E BALLM€R AND F#*K THE F#*KING MICROSUCK BROTHERS... I BURRY THOSE COCKROACHES... people who support Microsoft, support to not only get themselves ripped off by shit quality stuff, which bill just admitted in this video at the end, but also make USS, people who CARE about quality, suffer from their opinion. If micosuck's gnna become a monopoly... where, am, I gonna find MY MAC's!!!

  • @ChateauSiran1986

Ripped off? Ripped off is paying the outrageous prices for Apple products that are quickly obsolete. If not for pc's and ms, lower middle class and the poor wouldn't have access to computers in their homes. Do you think a lower class family can afford to drop a $1000+ on an Apple desktop. The "shit" enables them to have a computer in their home that fulfills their needs for 1/3 the price.

  • @RCTPatriot75

quantity-demand is what gives every product on US and EU soil en equilibrium price, exept the agricultural industry. You pay 100% for what you get.

  • @RCTPatriot75 I guess you've never heard of this "Linux" thing, huh?

  • kinda makes me hate microsoft and the piece of nothingness they became famous with.

  • anyone find out what the piano music is yet?

  • What is the name of that relaxing piano piece in the beginning????

  • I dislike bill gates very very much, ANC I love Steve jobs!! (no homo)

  • wow that's some of the worst acting and scripting i've ever witnessed. i thought it was a spoof

  • And Apple steals from who ? :)

  • What is silicone valley and what do they do there? please answer

  • Comment removed

  • "What is this that I keep hearing about you developing, this, what do you call it, INTERFACE MANAGER?" ha ha

  • Apple has never designed anything original--the GUI is stolen from Xerox, all the design you see, from CPUs to speakers and iPods--they are stolen from Braun. Even the name and logo--stolen from Apple Corp.

  • this movie makes me want to be filthy rich

  • Well said GooeySlime...well said indeed

  • Microsoft didn't steal the OS, if anything, what they stole was the design of the graphical interface that they altered. Windows was originally just a front-end for DOS, which is different from Mac OS. I find it funny however that you use this movie as cold hard fact when said movie had Steve Jobs say that great artists steal and showed them stealing from Xerox, which isn't exactly the truth now, is it?

I think you should have done some researches yourself.

  • @GooeySlime Steve Woz admitted "borrowed" from microsoft. I saw a clip where he said

so and also mention he received an angry letter from Bill's lawyers.

  • @GooeySlime The Xerox system was barely even recognizable as a GUI, and had only the most superficial similarities to Mac OS. To the contrary, Windows was like a literal ripoff, even though it wasn't even an operating system in the beginning.

  • @GooeySlime - Research shows Apple did steal. Apple had no grounds for a GUI until they saw the work at PARC.

  • @GooeySlime we get it apple "Stole" from xerox, but microsoft stole from apple. Im going to quote another god comment "Apple did not steal from Xerox. Xerox made a deal with Apple to obtain Apple stock at a low cost in exchange for allowing Apple employees to visit their facilities and see the system that Xerox had been working on." Bill gates plain out stole the GUI. Im not going to say that is a bad thing because without it i would not have ubuntu. But Microsoft is plain cheap.

  • @GooeySlime Apple went and bought their hardware (the design of the mouse) when Xerox brass didn't think people would want that in their personal computing. Apple stole nothing from Xerox.

  • @GooeySlime Finally someone who's not a fanboy and knows the facts. you're totally right

  • Bill Gates is a GREAT ARTIST!

Jobs is just a Good one!
