It would be great if your video woke people up to the fact if u take in animal in it's your responsible to care for ALL of its' needs, and dumping/abandoning any animal should be a felony that carried jail time.
Sadly I don't see this happening for quite some time.
I feed stray/feral cats and neuter/spay those I can catch. Another area people don't do: SPAY & NEUTER
