@Madman823826 IT may just take some getting use to...it's an awkward position to be in that your body hasn't fully adapted too yet...the more practice you put in...the more you'll get use to it
@MrThedancestar you may have to center your hand placement a bit more...also work on buliding your lower back muscle...you can do this by doing lower back extension (youtube the technique) or you can do the same technique while in a turtle freeze position, head on the ground while doing leg raises
@jo1oful Not sure if it'd be safe, never had anything fractured before, your bone probably isn't as strong as before but if you're not a heavy set dude than you could probably gradually work your way back into it...maybe see if you're able to do push ups effectively first...Do all this at your own discretion though bro.
also you can build your wrists and lower fore arms with a few barbells, like 10 or 20 lbs, or one and switch up, what you do is sit on a bench or bed far back enough that only your wrists are hanging out. then roll your wrists up n down, not your arms, palms up then palms down alternating in sets

how long did it take u to get the freeze down, I have enough strength but my balance seems to be off which surprises me I've practicing a good bit for 3 days but no luck yet I learned baby freeze easily within 5 tries?
Hey man checked out your attempt and you pretty much have it down...most ppl have difficulty lifting up there legs and maintaining balance but you have them down, you're next step is working on speed, which simply just takes balance and getting use to the move btw do you stab with ur left, i noticed that you don't look as comfortable on ur right side as you do on ur left...could just be me i dunno..but if that's the case practice the shifting technique from my vid than just work speed walking
Im actually very comfortable stabbing either hand, but you're right, I don't stab that well on my right when Im doing walking turtles.
As you say you can see it in the vid. I tried a few times today and managed to walk down, turn, then walk back till my foot hit the table.
Still slow, but just getting used to gradually moving around, people been saying I should kick my legs, at the moment I don't know how it should feel when done right.
the turtles you are refering to (when you rotate) are just another variation, DarkHammers look much different
they're like the shifting technique i went over in this video except your legs and head are off the ground and your hoping from one stab arm to the other continuously.
Hope you can help here.. I'm a girl, so my chest kinda gets in the way to do turtles. Any advice?

@peacEwithUSB the more you practice...the more you'll start to develop strength....do different kinds of push ups
one handed pushes help...also doing push ups with ur hands closer to ur waist as oppose to the common one that ppl do closer to the chest/shoulders

Took me alittle while to get it down...i practiced on and off for a 2 months until my arms and wrist couldn't take it anymore lol
