He put decals on red paint and after that he put urethane coating, so coating above decal is uneven.

Wow, that guy can really build the F1's. Especially the more recent Ferrari's. I did Tamiya's F2001 and did a bad job. . .  Worst F1 I ever built. Can learn a lot from this guy!

Yes it is Urethane, more than likely it's the 3 urethane set from finishers.

Good question. The all seem to use special clears. Not the usual Tamiya, Mr Hobby or even future.

@shishihenge -If you dont wear a proper respirator urethane can give you water in the lungs amongst other (worse) syndromes...Try googling urethane related respiratory damages, search pictures if you´re brave!
