Guys the world is becoming over populated ! what do you want the elitists to do? Ask everyone nicely to stop having sex just in case you have a child . 3rd world Governments assist their citizens to cross borders by providing them food, water, shelter and maps during their journey.
Once arrived, host governments then provide housing, income, and assist these aliens with legal counsel to circumvent immigration laws.
Resulting in a "Youth Bulge", children of foreign illegal immigrants within the host country.
