Well Booker didn't make the title... TNA did as a way of oushing him. and as far as legends go i would say Booker is right up there really. he has been wrestling twice as long as Kurt and has won more titles. He was in the legendary tag team Harlem heat and is one of the very few african american world champions ever in any promotion.
