@megashitto lol nah. theres way more the the 4g than apps and stuff. it has increased ram ( meaning no app crashes, faster and smoother experience ) , upgraded camera and video support for hd ( 720p ), better processor for games and apps and whatever lol and alot more little here and there upgrades. honestly, it is better than the 3gs but then again it all depends on when u choose to buy it. if u have a 3gs, dont. if ur a new customer, skip the 3gs and just go for the 4g.

US phone companies are a rip off, in places like Pakistan or India, everyone pretty much has a cell phone today, companies charge less than Rs1 per minute talk to the US, and 85rs =1 us dollar.

approx .01 penny a min.....plus they look at my phone from the US and laugh, they cant believe we have such old style phones.....i saw some phones in Pak i went crazy for and never seen them in the US.....

Negative points for me were....

CAPACITIVE SCREEN is big problem 4 me!! I ride the bike daily and i always have to take my gloves off to answer or do sum-thing with it...always carry a capacitive pen with me ... not user friendly in my opinion!!!

OFFICE is only to be use as a browser, cant work with it... so if u got excel or word sheets u need to only read is grate, u need to work or modify them... forget about it!!

I still have a Razor, lol. In Jan I will be switching from Verizon to AT&T/IPhone. I was considering the Droid over the IPhone until I discovered "the deal" Verizon was willing to give me. Basically, a monthly cost of about $110 for the features I want (GPS, text, etc) compared to $75 a month for the same features at AT&T. The one thing that I hated about the 3g (my GF has one) was the keyboard. If you have the fingers of a two year old your set. The sgs apparently has the landscape typing.

I'm somewhat concerned with the dismissal of the compass function in this review. Without GPS, a camera AND a compass you can't have functional argumented reality apps. This would be a shame as AR is the next big thing on mobile platforms.

Really? Because the unlimited data alone is 30$ a month minimum from AT&T, which comes out to about 360$ a year... Add on the calling (smallest plan, Nation 450) at 40$ a month... Then, unlimited SMS is an additional 20$ a month.

So, the absolute minimum you can pay is 840$ a month without the phone, or any additional activation charges or taxes. The maximum is well over 1800$ a year for unlimited everything.

I'd say there are only three things that really let the iPhone down. 1. Battery life 2. Lack of multi-tasking and 3. Lower spec camera than some other phones on the market, but better than any HTC effort.

I have both an HTC Magic and an iPhone 3G S, and camera quality on the iPhone in terms of lens quality is far superior.

Who really needs to remove a battery? It lasts ages and there are easy resets should it freeze.

Lack of multi-tasking sucks, but the iPhone more than makes up for that.
