@lordjp1 intresting I just got a 01 vette, 33k miles (was babied hence the low mileage) but its still in mint condition I think top gear did that just to poke fun at it.
@Dantesdoom but amazingly enough they didn't have a single camera show the ZR1 not starting. And even more amazingly the Audi R8 that they were also testing, that they did show the nav system not working, mysteriously started to work, and they didn't show that either. Fishy, fishy. Top gear is for pure entertainment.......not actual car reviews.
@Dantesdoom No, but if your gonna tell everybody that the vette didn't start, then I would suggest grabbing a camera and filming it. They are a CAR SHOW, aren't they?? He was jerking the wheel so hard I'm surprised it didn't cum on him. And FYI the 2011 corvette was a "best buy" in consumer reports. They don't give that title just by a 5 minute test drive. As for "getting rid of them quickly", you know corvettes are a top 10 car for resale value in "kelly blue books" right??
@Dantesdoom just like the "ancient push rod technology" that every idiot jokes about is just that, a joke. Push rod engines are solid, extremely durable engines. That's why chevy can offer a 638 HP fucking beast of an engine that has a 5yr/100,000 mile warranty, that's incredible. And don't be a retard and respond by sayin "well chevy offers that b/c the engine will blow and they know it". They offer it cause they know the engine, at 638 HP is barely flexing it's muscles and will last.

I would think that its a natural extension to think that owners usually don’t sell their Corvettes for a song." I'm not biased, the vette is a great car, like it or not.
