The FED does not want to be audited because they just pocketed the money. As long as they aren't audited they can say anything or nothing. If they are audited they probably could not even make up a believable story, especially if they tried to follow the trail from them to whoever they said they gave the money to and beyond. The Pentagon could not account for peanuts and they pulled 9-11. What are they going to do to distract if it looks like the FED will be audited?
