evil better new thrash is The Force. check out The Longest Day off of Nations Under Attack. its unlreased as of now;however, The Longest Day is on youtube.
Fuckin wish i was around when this stuff was fresh .... but i think your wrog about comercial sho with new thrash ... if u look enough there are some fucking good newwave thrash bands
Lazarus AD is the BEST newcomer thrash metal band around! They are releasing their 2nd album next year (if you don't count 2009 remake as an album) I can't fucking wait!
You guys should check out warpath if u havent already ... there an unsigned band from wales .... youll get a video on youtube...damnation ... its fuckin good
Dood, i saw them in Birmingham in 1988/89,...absolutely awsome and i still listen to them today,...they actually came outside in the queue and spoke to us before the gig,..LEDGENDS.
We were around when "Kill Em All" came out. There was no cRap back then. The 80's where the best times for Music every night a band played. We moshed, onstage with the bands, No tickets where over $15.00 and beer was $10.00 a case for good beer. You kids are fucked now. Bands want $150.00 and you can't do anything. We used to go back stage after and drink with the bands. The good old days.
@davestone41 depends on where your playing actually, there is a place near by where i live, and everything you just said about the old days applies to this place, it holds some kick ass shows, not deathcore and metalcore shit either, im talkin thrash
Wow no doubt. Great hearing these kick ass songs again after all these years. I used to have this on vinyl and saw these guys a bunch of times. Killer record. :)
Why is it that having not heard this album for maybe 20 years, I can still sing along with the lyrics, yet I can barely remember what I did last weekend ...
Ha Ha Ha Ha, Thats some funny shit !!, i`m` right there with you, i think it must have been the copious amount of moshing we did back in the day that must have scrambled our noodles!!
Why are there no good thrash bands around today? All of it is commercial garbage...Thanks for posting this TRUE THRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hey what about Fueled By Fire, Evile, Hexen, Warpath, Mantic Ritual, Lazarus A.D., Violator, Commando, Gama Bomb, Toxic Holocaust, and much much more. there are a lot of new bands that are making old-school thrash, and they are very far away from commercial garbage. i am also a fan of the old bands and stuff, but i can't deny the thrash revival that is happening nowadays.
Lich King, Diamond Plate....
