I'm going to agree that it's impractical. Although, still pretty cool. I have a couple combos like this up my sleeve, too. But I've only been able to use them a couple times during actual matches.
Combos like this might be useful when your opponent is "mind-fucked" (pardon my language) in the corner and you're sure it'll work with the character you're playing.
this is not as impractical as people think it is juri's jump ins in the corner can be extremely ambiguous and its not too hard to corner folks.. jumping in on an opponent w/ two stored fuhajins (sp) is not all THAT uncommon either

In addition, you have to be at just the right distance (which is completely different for each character) in order to get the far stand HK instead of the close HK which knocks them off their feet.

You can store 3 fireballs at a time... When you do the fireball just hold the button. You can store fireballs for the entire game if thats what you want to do.... Until you release the button... You can also perform anyother move while storing it....
@FlyThruDAir fenshui engine is just doing all her moves in -1 frame it makes it easier to spam any button and it'll combo out. IMO is useless i don't use it
@onreload Just so you know, though, there are quite a few instances where you can actually cancel a kick into her fireball kick that isn't charged. One of my favorite combos with Juri already is counter-dashing to the other side, poking into a fireball and cancelling that into her super. I haven't actually had the opportunity to gauge the specific amount of damage it deals, but all my friends get visibly upset when I do it. :D

dude that was pretty badass. Dudley can take hits, and his heavy punch destroys Akuma/Gouki's (and others with comparable stamina) health meter.
