  • wow that was shit

  • just like u haha

  • @goli73 i watched it last night. IT WAS STILL SHIT. go watch some real horror movies like mirrors or the exorcist

  • one face: -_-

  • about as scary as my big toe.

  • Lmao of course its directed by Steven speilburg. Not a surprise

  • What the hell is this movie

  • TWIMC, poltergeist was directed by Tobe Hooper. Spielberg produced.

  • this is not scary. its not even interesting. its for little kids.

  • For me this is the last great American horror film. That doesn't mean good ones haven't come out I just think this is the last great one.

  • @RdVirus777 Absolutely one of the greatest I've seen - it was bone-chilling scary. Now a lot of horror movies are filmed with dark dismal film quality and if a knife or slingblade aren't involved then they are a rare find. Everywhere I look in the video store are movie covers with blades or knives in the cover picture. I like the new haunted house movies though like "The Messengers" and "Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark" (a remake I believe of the Kim Darby movie).

  • Insidious the scariest movie since poltergeist WTF REALLY!!!!!! -______________- Fuck Your so call scary movies

  • thats so....scary.... -.-

    not.

  • Trailers were so weird in these days.

  • Family guy.. lol xD

  • I hate you now steven spielberg!

  • A couple is not a his.

  • lame :/

  • it is one of the most pathetic films i have ever seen. how come it be in AFI list?

  • @sidrahsiddiqui you mean they didn't ask you?? How could they do that, the AFI is known for its precision and sensitivity?

  • @klasomentas i think AFI, being an independent film body, believes that their experts are enough to decide about what should be listed, but they should also look into the future and know that it is not classic cinema. the only reason they put the film on the list was because it showed the ideal american values of a family. that their little was trapped and both the parents were willing to giv their lives to bring the little girl back from the hell she was trapped in with the demon.

  • @klasomentas continued from previous comment: this is an admiral reason, but should have not been counted as the film was about poltergeist and not the american values shown subtly. the genre is not tragedy or drama, but it is horror. and the worst thing about the movie is its dialogues. if you notice they are quite immature and funny, rather than serious and direct. well, everyone has their own opinions. for this piece, i would have voted 'no'.

  • aaaa i remember this this is a bullshit

  • I once had to phone my mom when the people came tlo our house to drop off a clothes dryer because she was going into the city. When they arrived, I phoned her up. When she picked up I said, in my best little girl voice, "Their Here." Turns out, I creeped her out.

  • Tobe Hooper directed this actually.

  • Actually i said a made a mistake!

  • @IdiotsGoneWild4life everyone says steven spielberg actually did and took over the job from tobe hooper during production causing major conflict, which is probably why theres no behind the scenes and making of documentaries anywhere

  • Nasty stuff 1:06
