  • I think your on the wrong track running is a "HORRBILE" way to exercise STOP!!! Trust me you'ell thank me later in your life. Instead try doing tabata 4 min 20x10 or Interval training using light weights 3 to4 cycles.

  • I use almond milk not soy or dairy, I also use a Blend Tec and love it as it keeps the nutrients in and can make nut milk or your own nut butter. I also do not use muscle milk, read the ingredients, I try to not use anything with allot of chemicals or ingredients I cant read. There are organic whey's you can get that are way better than that Muscle Milk. Thank you for your video's just dont like your powder picks. Keep up the great job.

  • My personal view?? Slim fast is utter crap. Might as well just eat something low-cal and nutritious that's not filled with chemicals and manmade vitamins... like some steamed veggies and nuts or chicken or something.

    That's my opinion though.

    I just started my lifestyle change concerning my weight 5 weeks ago and only lost a little over a pound a week. is that about normal for a weight loss that sticks?

  • Hey Miss. Shay. I woke up to your this morning lools. Was inspiring. Things are going good for me since i started watching your vids. I havent weighed in yet - and wont be able to till i goto my folks house for xmas *i dont own scales... :( * But i remember last time i was there back in august/september i weighed 87kg. So im hoping by the time i goto my parents house (another week) i should be at 85-84. And over summer (its summer here) hopefully it will be mooore :) Yay. Okies seeyas

  • Do you burn the same amount of calories on a treadmill versus actually running

  • It actually depends on your heart rate. The amount of calories you burn is related to your heart rate, so if you keep it at 170 running either way, than it's the same calories. However, running outside is generally regarded as the more all-around way to train because you have to balance more when you go around corners and stuff, plus you usually get in some interval training, which mixes it up and CAN make you burn more calories because your HR is jumping around :O

    Anyway, I love to work out to TECHNO/DANCE (all the big hits - some I hate, most I love) and ROCK, especially Tool and Rush :D

  • you should try mocha latte....thats my fav muscle milk flavor. throw two scoops of sugar free vanilla ice cream, one or two scoops of mocha latte, and 1 1/2 cups of milk in a blender. it's a really good bedtime snack. muscle milk is really good before bedtime b/c it has casein in it, casein is digested at a slow rate, usually btween 6-8 hrs, perfect while you sleep. its considered anti-catabolic b/c it protects you against mucsle breakdown while you sleep....sorry bout all the info

  • Good question! Um... do you have a supplements store? GNC? If not, I'm sure you can buy it online. It is SO GREAT - filling and delicious. I'm sure if you call around or google, you can find something :) I buy the vanilla creme and the milk chocolate light. There are a lot of flavors if you want to just mix it with milk, but since I just add fruit and things for various flavors, I find vanilla and chocolate to be all I need. I think it's about $30 for a tub, but a tub lasts a long time!
