@PCGotGames No, ATI is a joke compared to Nvidia, my 9600GT Nvidia which I had since 2010, which isnt even concidured the best of Nvidia runs Skyrim, and countless games on highest settings smoothly. ATI cant pull that off.

TES IV: Oblivion had the same crime problem, in that when you were seen committing a crime everyone magically knew about it, however you did have to actually of been seen by an NPC first. I'm thinking what you experienced is a demo bug-- this demo is LOADED with bugs (especially the PC version, it has more bugs than the xbox demo!)

the protagonist isn't silent Mike -- the responses you choose are what the character is saying. I actually prefer this over games like ME or SWTOR for example because often in those games you will choose a dialogue option and what your character ACTUALLY says is nothing like the option you chose!

EA contracted a different company to make the demo. It's also from old code from like october 2011 or so. Alas that leaves us to gamble that the gold master is much better. If it wasn't for Twisted Metal I'd buy this probably.

You hit on every one of my issues with the Demo. With how long I have been hearing about that game I was kind of shocked at how un-finished even the demo felt. I played a Rogue type character and every time I would do that special ability it would make my framerate drop for about 10 seconds afterwards. Also getting a whole town hostile towards you when you steal something even if no one at all could have seen you is pretty stupid. Hope they fix some of those major issues before launch.

I got an overall meh feeling from the demo personally. The action combat was great, but I could tell it was made to accommodate console controllers and so were the menus. I hate harping about that because it feels elitist, but I also feel like if you're going to make a game cross platform it should work well with main input device(s) for that platform. Aside from the combat it felt like a very "by the numbers" RPG.

Good review, Idk I thought it was kind of a rip off of fable the only thing I liked about the game is the Fate system which allows you to basically take a role/class as you put points into your talent trees. These Fate cards give you access to new abilities and so fourth.

Well, at least you didn't play it or at least show it from the pc. Some parts of the demo were kinda broke, and really freakin annoying. Like the movement would get stuck from being in a menu. God, I wanted to kill the devs for not fixing that before doing the demo.

This game is pretty cool. KoA and Skyrim are NOTHING along so don't compare them. This is an action and somewhat hack and slash RPG.

As for the silent character: I LIKE that. 1. You dont have to sit there and listen to your character talk and 2. You feel more like you ARE your character. There's no voice separating you from the game. It's like LoZ...ya know?

The only problem I had with the Demo so far is camera angle during a fight. Some enemies will attack me from way far off the screen :/
