All I can say is wow, I have regularly seen swan aggression toward geese, and one nearby lake is home to about 2 dozen in the fall- good feeding there I presume. Yours was behavior i hadn't seen before thanks for sharing it.

The king really had it in for that 1 swan! That's funny when that goose thinks the 2 swans are after him, & he takes off. He must've been relieved to see what was really happening!

I love watching swans go about their business, gracefull and elegant, but can also be belligerant and hostile toward a perceived threat. All part of nature.

That swan was smart to run to land. Because he could have been drowned in the water by the two of them.

Yeah Mute swans are very territorial.I would have stepped in and grabbed that swan out of the way... if humans can help then they should.
