  • All I can say is wow, I have regularly seen swan aggression toward geese, and one nearby lake is home to about 2 dozen in the fall- good feeding there I presume. Yours was behavior i hadn't seen before thanks for sharing it. 

  • The king really had it in for that 1 swan! That's funny when that goose thinks the 2 swans are after him, & he takes off. He must've been relieved to see what was really happening!

  • I love watching swans go about their business, gracefull and elegant, but can also be belligerant and hostile toward a perceived threat. All part of nature.

  • That swan was smart to run to land. Because he could have been drowned in the water by the two of them.

  • Yeah Mute swans are very territorial.I would have stepped in and grabbed that swan out of the way... if humans can help then they should.
