OMG! That is ADORABLE! Baby Peach (or is it just Peach?) is one of the CUTEST kitties I've ever SEEN on YouTube! I LOVE her chirping! Four of my fave cat sounds are their different Meows, their purrs, their chattering (clicking) and their chirping!  I'm sorry she's afraid of people. If I were with her, I'd simply talk to her very gently (even BABY talk) but not rush anything. I would let her come up to me on her own (at her own comfort level)! Such a sweet and precious Meow-Meow!

She is very vocal. I took this video when she was 8 months old. I dated a girl who had had a cat that never made a sound in the 2 yrs I went out with her. Not a meow not a chirp. Every cat has their own personality. Mine is afraid of people besides myself
