okay I bought a fish off of wal-mart two tilapia for $5.33 and tried to see how to make Chinese steam fish. I followed this recipe and was so surprised that it tasted so good (maybe I am just so hungry?). I didn't even have the chinese parsley so I used cilantro instead. It was really easy to make and I spent only 10 minutes to prepare...( I didn't use LKK, but I bet the LKK soysource should fit very well considering they made a commercial for this dish). Thanks and will buy one to try next time!
Hi leekumkeekitchen. I am going to cook your tasty recepe, but i got one question left. How to eat a whole fish in china (or hongkong) with chopsticks? I am very intressted in a video on youtube that demonstrates how to eat such a meal. Would you make a such a video?
@Thorralf83 hmm, I have eaten this dish in chinese restaurant since I was young. You basically just each one side of the fish including skin and meet. Skin is considered the best part. then you can take out the middle bone and finish the other half. Yes... All with chopstick~
it looks so yummy thanks for the tips. try this on the weekend,

I like to soak the fishies over night in milk to help remove some of the taste, over salt.
Thats just me though, and the dogs love it.

@kwanhui1990 the story goes that Chinese fisherman who ate fish never flipped the fish because it was bad luck. So they take out the bone instead.
