You need 100 Cactus thorns, refine them into 1 hundred needles, then refine hundred needles into 1 spd up. You need to have a base value + junction (triple) of 182 spd, + 40% spd ability. or spd of 160 + 20%spd + 40%spd. Thats how i got 255 speed, maybe theres another way.
