A lot of people don't know this but the late Dean Collins was color blind. Some believe thats what made him such a great photographer, he looked at lighting a subject as a math problem, not something "warm and fuzzy". He redefined the art of lighting subjects.
Dean is a MASTER of lighting. Lighting is lighting today as it was 20 years ago. Everyone can learn from Dean, if you can get past the 80's fashions. lol
He's very good at verbalizing his process. He He's a lighting manual as he speaks, making sure he doesn't leave anything out. Well-thought-out photography can only be impressive!
