  • stateno for Duke at the time of him being in this state is 831.

    Also, I finally found out how to reproduce it. I did Soul Splitter X version, then Soul Splitter Y at the right time during Soul Splitter X version. This isn't just limited to Duke. I tried this on a couple of other characters and they are in the same state as well.
