I cannot imagine negative/nasty comments being left towards such a beautiful soul that now watches over his loved ones. We were blessed to witness the "actor" in him.......my heart goes out to those who held him as friends and family ♥
After receiving several nasty comments about my video within the last few months....I have decided to remove the ability to leave comments without my approval. It has been up for almost 2 years with mostly positive feedback, but recently has gotten just some downright rude remarks. I don't expect everyone to like Heath or my work, but the comments were, as I said, nasty and just uncalled for. My apologies to those who liked the video and thank you for your comments.
What is the film where he is standing there with dark curly hair while people dance in front of him and he smiles? Because I recognise the scene but for the life of me I just can't remember the film
it takes a lot of control over our emotions to accept an ward on behalf of a person who is no more....watching this was very painful how'd they have made it who have accepted so many awards on behalf of heath :(
Beautiful! That was well done! You did a great job of capturing his greastest moments and showing the love and support of his family, friends and fans. You really honored him.
This is one of the best tributes I have ever seen! Thank you for this amazing tribute! You deserve a lot more views and ratings!R.I.P Heath...we miss you greatly!
@abdel521 Not just a great actor, but such a young person. That's what makes me really sad, every time I hear about a young soul's passing.Famous or not.
@Sztriki86 He's basically our generation's James Dean: An incredibly talented actor who died young, having yet to realize his full potential. We can only imagine what could've been. Fortunatly, he made more than 3 movies before passing, and his last performance (not including unfinished material at the time of his passing) is now rooted in our collective consciousness and will remain a shining example of what acting can be. But, like Dean and others, dying in his prime has made him immortal.
i cried :´( . Thank you so much for uploading this video. It´s GREAT. He truely has a place in my heart. My prayers go out to his beautiful little daughter Mathilda. Rest in Peace Heath .. where ever you are.
Please comment and watch my Tribute video to Heath. Thanks a lot.
I'm glad he recieved those awards...he deserved it...I hate when people say "they just giving it to him because he died"...Thats Bullshit The gave it to him because he was a great actor and he was a true lose to the movie industry...
i cried:'( absolutly beautiful, god i miss him sooo much, i cant even possibly explain how much i love him and how much he means to me, he truly has a place in my heart<3
*continued*.....nor that we won't be touched by his brilliant gift ever again (I feel ashamed that I'm j/ now getting around to seeing some of his movies that I didn't get a chance to b4....), & MOST heartbreaking of all, he won't be around to try to make things work w/ Michelle nor watch his "beautiful Matilda" (most heartbreaking-part of the Oscars) grow up :(
I think the fact he isn't here for Matilda is the one thing I just can't get past. I have a daughter that is 2 1/2 and that part of all this just breaks my heart.
YesterdayI 4got to mention j/ how powerful the song choice/clips were that you used. If this doesn't effect some1 @ least in some small way then they have no heart. My teeniest of criticisms is that I wish you used something from the People's Choice Awards (like Christian Bale saying "Here's to Heath") &/or inc. something from The Patriot, 1 of my fav Heath movies (tho I can understand ya can't get 'em all in) I'd suggest TDK, too, since that was what he won all those awards for....
....however I can see why ya wouldn't wanna inc. The Joker cuz his twisted appearance might not mesh well w/ this...in any case i LOVEDLOVEDLOVEDLOVED this! <3
I had wanted to out the People's Choice and the AFI Award that he won in also, but like you said, I only had so much time. You also hit the nail on the head on why I didn't use any Joker footage....it wouldn't mesh well at all ;P
I know that the one who accepted his BAFTA Award worked on the Dark Knight with Heath. His first name is Charles, but I couldn't make out his last name when they announced it,
Thanks for the swift reply to my trillion response! lol For a minute I thought it was the guy who played the "You're gonna enjoy this, but I'm gonna have to enjoy it a li'l more" guy lol Know who I mean? But the more I look @ him the more I think it's not him...well if I find out I'll letcha know!:)
In any case.....it j/ makes me so effin' miserable how Heath was so warmly accepted by his peers (I believe his dad said something like that in the Oscar acceptance speech....make me cry everytime!) & isn't around to feel that.....nor that there wasn't a dry eye in the house.....
Thank you for bringing this wonderful tribute into the world. I got tears in my eyes while watching this. It still feels like it happened yesterday, although it has been a year.
This is a very beautiful tribute!!! It makes you smile for him and on the other hand, you have to hold yourself not to cry... for tears will not bring him back, but joy and love will always keep his achievements in his short life here on Earth, treasured in our hearts. R.I.P
Thank you so for this lovely tribute. I was thrilled when Heath won the Oscar for his genius Joker performance & at the same time I was heartbroken...My God, he was glorious in every way. Heath Ledger was something like nothing else.

@Emapten The audio was very bad on that speech to start with. Even without the music, it was very hard to make out everything he was saying.

It worked well on the second try and I have to say, great tribute and I have a question. What's the name of the song?
