I wonder if these orbs are really like a type of AI from a colonly that is watching and recording data about us and what we are doing in space, our technology, and if we are "on" to them that they may be holed up in the moon on one of the many huge holes or caves. I have a friend who has captured some of the most interesting, but inscrutable footage that one might ever imagine. He tried to get MUFON to look into it. They weren't interested. They barely gave it a nod before dismissing it whole-cloth!
