ITS FUNNY HOW THE COURTS ARE SET UP TO AUTOMATICALY FILE A NON MOLESTATION ORDER,PULL YOUR DRIVERS LICENCE, DRAIN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND PUT YOU IN JAIL, BUT IF YOU LOSE YOURE JOB YOU HAVE TO ATTEND A FUCKING COURT HEARING!!!!!!!

Wow incredible the way they show their hypocrisy , when in the reality , children are shown to be at risk for battery ten to one at the hand of the mother ! read the studies; the real one! 85% of children brought to the emergency with severe bodily harms were done by mothers!!! And it shows also that mother are more likely to commit infanticide then man ,So where do they come up with such one sided studies. truly pathetic! the hell with study , read the news you will see i am telling the truth

This is exactly what has happened with me and I am now homeless and to make it worse my parents who came here from overseas were made homeless in the middle of the night......is there a law to challenge this - ex partio hearing and punish for taking the law in the wrong route?? I feel betrayed by the system

Sorry to hear of this.

It is no consolation to know that you are not the only one.

There are bad judges and bad decisions and that is the reason for the Court of Appeal.

Unfortunately there is little recourse from a bad law.
