  • no way xD

    i am a father of 3 sons =)

  • @lonlonjp aha... i was going to ask you the same thing because your nails are so pretty! But I guess that's better than having gross nails!

  • Upon researching Manuel Contreras Guitars, The only US vendor has models priced over $10,000 (Guitar Salon International). A hefty price for such a nice instrument!

  • i am so sorry about hearing your information ;)

i bought this guitar 24 years ago in Madrid by myself, at that time it was a reasonably priced guitar.

  • I love the Crew maniac. Its sounds and looks soooo good. Autograph it for me and I'll pay you!!

  • I wish to see your amazing face!

  • hehe great to know your instruments, maybe I'll buy something similar;

is that Manuel Contreras a rarity or I can buy in usual guitar stores?

  • haha..xD

i do not think you can buy it at your nearest music shop.

i bought it at his workshop in Madrid, Spain by myself in March, 1986 =)

  • just search up his name and go to the site and click on distributors and it'll show u where to buy one. There are California, Italy and even inJapan...if you're not near those places then I guess you're have to travel.

  • Thanks for providing your information with us ^o^

  • lol you always use the manuel contreras on the slow, solemn songs. Everytime I see it on your vid thumbnails I click on it, its a habit of mine, I love the tone of that guitar

  • Haha.. Thanks so much for your watching my guitar videos and your comment on my Manuel Contreras 1986. i have a lot of memories with this one ^-^

  • hi lonlonjjp,

Do you have something to recommend for a mic to record the sound ?

    maybe a small one ?

  • sorry.. i do not have any idea ;)

because i cannot afford to compare some mic because of my budget restriction xD

  • Do you put anything unsual on your right hand's nails? Like olive oil for example. In order to keep them strong and clean?

  • haha.. not at all ^-^

    it's my natural nails :)

please note that it is very difficult to keep it in a fine condition ;)

  • Thanks for the Vid! Now I know how to start a guitar vid. I'm hoping some day I could play some of my songs I made on my FL Software on my guitar as a Solo Guitar thing. When I do, I'll let you know! :)

  • Thanks posting your comment on this video ^o^

i will be looking forward to watching your guitar video then :)

  • i thought crews is a steel string guitar, and could you please put all the songs you play here on a video?

  • btw...is it easier to play with ur nails long or short? just asking cause i find it a bit hard playing with short nails.

I'm a huge fan of your videos and I want to make some videos myself, but the camera has a poor mic.

  • i thought it was very reasonable, around $200 as new =)

  • Hey Lonlon-sama! xD Do you plug in your microphone into your camera or your computer? Because I'm just so curious of how it takes in the beautiful sounds of your guitars soo well. ^^

  • haha.. thanks watching ^^

i do not use microphone in most of my videos =) including this one.

i recorded the sound by using the video camera's own mic directly =)

  • Hey Lonlon what is that device on the left side of your guitar amp in the beginning of the video? :)

  • It's a guitar toy, Korg AX3A ^^

  • Hello! I've been listening to your arrangements over the last week and they're all beautiful. Watching you play has inspired me to learn how to play the guitar. I bought a cheapo Yamaha F325 today for $150 to get started and I'll start searching for lessons next week. I've been practicing a bit today and I'm already having fun!

Without your videos I wouldn't be doing this; thank you very much for uploading these.

I have a request for your next song: could you play Besaid Island from FFX?

  • Thanks watching my videos and your message ^0^

My next video will be "Gold Saucer FFVII"

  • I am unfamiliar with your Crews guitar......but wow. It is a beautiful sounding instrument. It would seem that no matter how many guitars you possess, there's always room for more. Would you not agree? Lol. Cheers from California.

  • haha... :)

Thanks posting your comment on this video =)

i do love all guitars and very happy to play each of them ^^

  • Thanks for all the work you do.

Greetings, from Guatemala. (Central America, not too many familiar with the country)

  • Lonlon, I've watched many of your videos but i've never seen your face or heard your voice! You should do an introduction some time! :)

  • i sometimes show my face and voice as well... for a short time though xD

anyway, i have a reason to do that :)

i am working for a company, nothing to do with music business.

    Please understand the situation ^^

  • Thanks for your information ^^

i visited the Ibanez Headquater, Hoshino Gakki, at Gifu Pref. in Japan... about 20 years ago.

At that time, they kindly invited me to their gogeous seaside villa at Sima, Mie Pref. ... completely nothing to do with my guitar playing though =) i enjoyed some game fishing with a Manger :)

Then i was surprised to find he was also a classical gutiar player and we did enjoy playing together^^

Your comment reminds me of the old memories :)
