do u mean you have the Vonage V-phone that is a USB device. Vonage is not a internet service it is a phone service. if you have DSL or Cable vonage should work just fine. if you have internet like DSL or Cable then you will be fine to have vonage. so if cricket is your internet provider ask and see if they have a faster speed. because you connect a computer, a video game and vonage or anything for this matter it will take up Bandwidth the x-box might interfer(cont)
hey dude..i play alot of xbox live.but i have the cricket internet and its TRASH! its the one that you plug in the usb port..im woundering if vonage has better connection than cricket..all i want to know is if it has a good connection PLEASE help me out thanks
thats cool you play a lot of Xbox live, as to answering your questions the Vonage device that I have is connect directly to the DSL modem or your wireless modem and they have them combined to. the connection for Vonage determines how good your internet service is. since you said you have a slow connect, I would look into getting a higher speed DSL or Cable. if you have DSL and its the slow type you can still connect a vonage device with this device you go online and control your bandwidth.

when you purchase that device it has instructions inside the box. dang reminds I should of did an Onboxing of it but that is the way it goes.
