Just to add to this. You can get different color gels and difusers for your lights at your local camera shop these will hold up to the heat better. I do recommend punching a few hold in your Gels to allow the heat to excape or they will melt.

Now you need to do a tutorial on how to create a difuser panel for out door use!

I loved this video in a series of videos about making videos.

What I use as lighting in some of my videos off of YouTube are lamps, not like house lamps, but smaller desk lamps, I find that when I use a light from your celling such as a regular light in a room pluss a lamp pointed in your direction it adds a nice bright color to teh video, but sometimes makes it too bright xD
