  • She sometimes looks like Rebecca Black oO

  • you are a genius!

    I am you fan

  • Can you Solder too? Your so talented! I recently got an iPhone 4S and I use it it a lot for videos. Do you have any ideas for a low angle RC car camera mount?

  • I love it. Thank you! I appreciate the explanation of the underlying physics principles in use. Keep up the good work. :-)

  • Very awesome and how creative! What do you use to edit your videos! I love the fun intros!

  • Awesome! But that's so nerdy! Lol

  • I just constructed this rig and it actually made the footage worse lol. It swings from side to side really bad...

  • @rittboy8u Side to side pendulum swing indicates the rig is bottom heavy. Try again with less weight at the bottom. Every stabilizer rig also takes some practice.

  • @supportren Yeah I could try removing one of the magnets I suppose. I think the biggest thing is practice though. My expectations were a little too high as I thought it would correct 90% of the jumpiness. Nonetheless it sure beats $180 for the Smoothee which is pretty much the same thing.

  • wowww cool rig! what about time lapse-photography?

These guys have time-lapse device that woks for ALL cameras, even P&S and phonecams: tempusALL.bymac.org

  • Excellent

  • Great video just like all your videos. If you ever got locked in Home Depot, you wouldn't get bored for at least a year. Do the people at Home Depot say, "Ritwika, what the heck are you making today?"

  • your dad must be a cinematographer. u got all the cool gadgets.

  • @4:00 Neytiri, from avatar.. LOL

  • @2:50 lol

  • hey! i cant seem to find that universal joint anywhere! can i ask what store you got it from? or what company?

  • @NeonMoron Check at any remote control car hobby store. Google for "universal joint rc car" and you will find many stores.

  • You can make a comparison between camera w/out stabilizer and w/ stabilizer.

  • what camera do u use

  • Great vid, this is my project for tomorrow!

  • Wow, you are very knowledgeable. Awesome work, keep it up!

  • how old are you?:D awsome :)

  • 5:07 - Is that your girlfriend?

  • @ivansivak93 well she follows her around :D

  • Please teach the person filming you how to focus.

  • Informative. Good job girl :)

  • great video and instruction

  • I have watched many many DIY camera stabiliser videos, this is by far the simplest ,easist, most ingenious one yet, congrats, and many thanks.

  • sort your sound out

  • Great video! What software did you use for editing your videos?

  • @ranile1 Adobe Premiere

  • good video...

  • Great work! I will be building one for my new Canon SD940i and try to modify it to use with the cameras tri-pod mount. BTW: I believe the strap is called "plumbers tape".

  • Excellent tutorial!

  • nice video....good work

  • what program did you use to make these stuff in your hands????

    please reply

  • @TheGoldenlegend1 Sorry, I could not follow the question, please clarify.

  • @TheGoldenlegend1 Well if you are asking about those composite effects in the intro video, then the answer is- mostly Adobe Creative Suite products like Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere etc. Let me know if this is what you are asking about.

  • @supportren

    that's it, thanks!!

  • wat camera did u use for dis vid

  • @JakeLicerio Canon 5D Mark II and Canon Vixia HF 10

  • @supportren what lense?!

  • @E90PAT Canon 24-70mm f2.8L

  • Hey, how did u do that stuff with your hands??

  • Well done!

  • @ilubny the purpose of the drive shaft is to be the gimbal of the stabilizer, so you absolutely need it. There are not many materials that work as an universal joint, and the drive shaft was the only thing I could think of. But please leave a comment if you do find a substitute!

  • is there a substitution for the drive shaft

  • gonna make one for my iphone 4!!

  • Awesome. I'm gonna build one for the iPhone 4.

  • Not only is it cheap and easy to make, but you look cool walking around with it!!

  • great stuff .. when you consider how much these "branded" stabilizers cost

  • this is like science class

  • If you have time, please check my new tutorial video at
