It's not like THIS is where she is being uninstalled, it's just a music video for one of her songs.  None of the DIVA/Dreamy Theater videos are directly connected to what's happening in the song.

The dance looks stupid because it reflects the song "Disappearance of Hatsune Miku". She's dying (in this song), so the stuff movements makes it look as if she is dysfunctional and will later die.

@sakura01828 Actually, reading some of the translated lyrics, especially the ending parts, the most likely implication is that she has become infected with a virus. I believe the ending is "Warning: Critical Error" or something to that effect.
