  • i think Linus Roche is a total babe! i wish they would let British actors like him and Hugh Laurie(another babe!) use their natural accent. Ive noticed on "Lie To Me"

Tim Roth has his natural British accent, i dont get it.

  • Linus must have attended the same crap-acting school as his dad Lol

  • Wow.... I know that Linus is a British actor but I am always amazed when I hear actors like Hugh Laurie, Damian Lewis, and Linus Roache can have the American sound down pat. Then when I hear their natural accent...I get blown away

  • Another great British actor that can drop his accent at will. Hugh Laurie from House is another awesome British actor.

  • @VenomStryker I can't stand Laurie's american accent, it sounds awful...grates on the nerves. Too many years watching him with his normal cute voice I guess. Why couldn't he just use his real voice on House - wouldn't be the first british doctor to ever relocate to the states.

  • omggg......on law & order e doesnt sound british at all !!! omg...hes so cute !

  • HE filled big shoes and went literally above and beyond I hope he is there like forever or at least until the show ends.

  • first, i had no clue that roache was british, second, i think he is doing a PHENOMENAL job on law & order.

  • He's brilliant in Blind Flight and Wings of a Dove

  • he did romeos voice in the animated version of romeo and juliet...

  • I love Cutter. He's pretty much the best. He may be another Ben Stone. I love Linus' accent. HAWT!

  • The Priest was one of the best movie I have seen. What an amazing job.

  • Love his voice. He is a hottie!!

  • You didn't know he was British? Do you not know who his father is?

  • Linus Roache's father is British actor William Roache, who is best known for playing Ena Sharples in Coronation Street, or was it Hilda Ogden?

  • @GrahamLondonUK Lol good one...but ol' Ken Barlow is the one and only remaining character from the first year of Corrie 1960

  • @CrystallineBlue I shall be annoyingly precise in stating that Emily Bishop made her first appearance in Corrie in 1960 as well, on 21st December!

  • @GrahamLondonUK

sorry you are correct....I should have said Ken Barlow is the only character remaining from the very first Episode in 1960 :)

  • LOVE HIM IN LOW & ORDER!!

anaw1188 another british actor you forgot to mention: Damien Lewis from LIFE... love all this brit actors!!!

  • Micheal Cutter ROX lol omg he's british???? i dont believe this!

  • I wondered about that. Saw a clip of a movie he did and he sounded British....

  • I was at school with Linus - sounds the same, bit more American maybe!

  • I love his laugh!

  • 3rd time I get shocked when I read an actor is actually british.. First: Hugh Laurie, second: Jonny Lee Miller and now Linus Roache. I discovered him thanks to Law & Order and I'm glad I did. His really cute! and with the accent even better!!

  • Mmmm Mancunian.

  • He is such a great actor. If your looking for a great movie of his to watch, I would suggest Priest! He did a wonderful job in the movie. It really can tear you apart.
